HallyuPopFest 2018 will be the BIGGEST K-pop music festival in South East Asia and the FIRST of its kind in Singapore! Held this 7-9 September 2018, HallyuPopFest will be an annual event that every K-pop fan will want to mark on their calendars. Over 100 K-pop artistes will be descending on Singapore for the biggest ever gathering of Hallyu stars in one venue!

CALLING ALL K-POP FANS! 
HallyuPopFest 2018 will be the BIGGEST K-pop music festival in South East Asia and the FIRST of its kind in Singapore! 

Held this 7-9 September 2018 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, featuring 21 Performing Acts with
111 K-pop idols including K-pop’s hottest stars like Wanna One, TAEYEON, NCT 127, BTOB, Apink, EXID, Heize and many more. 

OVER 4 HOURS OF PERFORMANCES EVERY DAY!
Expect up to 2-hours of intimate up-close and personal performances during the AFTERNOON SHOWCASE (with artiste interactions like games, wefies and autographs) followed by a glamourous red carpet event that ends with EVENING CONCERTS that will run for at least 3 hours.

NOT JUST A SONG OR TWO!

Don’t miss Wanna One’s 2-part performance as they headline our Friday and Saturday night shows, with fresh sets of 40 minutes each night. 

In fact, all our headlining acts will be performing for at least 30 minutes, so look forward to non-stop hits by TAEYEON, NCT 127, Apink, EXID, AOA and Soyou. There may even be surprise collaborative performances and special guests you won’t want to miss!

GLOBAL AUDITIONS
Three of Korea’s biggest K-Entertainment companies - Cube Entertainment, Starship Entertainment and  Jellyfish Entertainment - will be in Singapore during the festival in search of the next K-pop star.

Limited slots are now available to the public. Send your Audition video (important : keep it under 1 minute) in directly to us at [email protected] . Only shortlisted participants will be contacted via email with further instructions on how to secure an audition at the festival.

• All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
• All tickets and add on items prices are inclusive of GST.
• Each ticket is valid for 1 day admission only.
• You are able to select for your preferred category and section (subject to availability) for all events. Our ticketing  system will allocate the next available seats at your point of transaction to accelerate the booking process.
• For group purchase, you are advised to purchase in the same transaction to avoid being seated separately.  

Ticket Delivery Method:

• Kindly select your delivery method of tickets, which is "Print At Home" or "Venue Collection". By default, it is set to "Print At Home".
• Please note that NO changes can be made after ticket is purchased with the selected delivery method. Kindly refer to event updates on the details for "Venue Collection".

  • Please bring your photo ID (NRIC/Passport), along with the credit card that you used to make this purchase during collection.

  • You are advised to arrive early to pick up the tickets to avoid long lines.  In the event you cannot be present, the Ticketholder may appoint a Proxy to collect the ticket(s) on their behalf. Please email us earlier on this arrangements.

  • You may pick up your tickets at Singapore Indoor Stadium Ticket2u Counter on the day of the event.  
    

• After your successful online transaction, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address submitted during your purchase. Please ensure that the email has not gone to your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.
• Ticket cannot be refunded under any circumstances. And no cancellation is allowed once booking is confirmed and payment is made. 100% of payment made will be forfeited.
• Box Office ticket collection will commence the same day before the event at the Customer Service Centre OR Ticket Counter. Please bring along Ticket2U E-Ticket, and your Malaysia NRIC for verification purpose during collection of the tickets.

• Ticket2u.com.my (CloudHAX) is an officially appointed ticket agent for Hallyu Pop Fest 2018 Event.
• Ticket orders placed on CloudHAX are forwarded to the Organizer and we act as intermediaries facilitating the ticket-buying process.
• Tickets sold are based on Categories and Blocks selected, however the seat numbers are generated by the system.
• For Print-At Home tickets:
  • Purchasers will receive an Official E-Ticket (with seat number) via e-mail from CloudHAX within FOURTEEN (14) working days after full payment.
• For Venue Collection tickets:
  • Purchasers will receive an confirmation via e-mail from CloudHAX within FOURTEEN (14) working days after full payment. Ticket Holder has to bring along Ticket2U E-Ticket and NRIC for collection at the Box Office on event day.
• Note:

(a) If the ordered ticket(s) are available, the purchaser will receive the ticket(s) in the e-mail 2 weeks after successful transaction made.
(b) If the ordered ticket(s) are unavailable, the purchaser will receive a notification, and a full refund from CloudHAX within Fourteen (14) working days upon notification issue from Organizer.
