About the Sedex Southeast Asia Conference

As a global membership organisation, Sedex continuously engages members and stakeholders worldwide to understand their on-going requirements. This helps Sedex adapt to the wider responsible and sustainable supply chain sector trends.

The annual Sedex Responsible Supply Chain Conference provides a unique opportunity to embrace stakeholders in the supply chain, to discuss and share the best practice in responsible and sustainable supply chain. Besides our members, the conference also attracts prospective members and a wider audience outside of our membership, including government representatives, NGO’s and multinational corporations.

√ Dress Code – Casual Business

√ Due to the limited number of participants, as well as part of the conference is the introduction of Sedex system. So the conference is more suitable for brand, retailer and supplier companies.

√ The conference ticket including lunch and tea break, travel expenses are not included.

√ Each ticket purchased is entitled for ONE participant. Resale or attempted resale of a ticket will render the ticket void and the holder of any resold or transferred ticket may be ejected from or refused entry to the conference. 

√ By applying to purchase a ticket and attending the conference you agree that: tickets cannot be refunded or returned unless the conference is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the conference are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of venue or show time).

√ You give your express consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any photograph, film, video and/or audio recording of the conference and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world. 

√ Admission to the venue and the conference is at your own risk. Neither the venue nor Sedex will be held liable for any loss, cost, expense, injury or damage sustained at the venue and/or the conference. 

√ Organiser reserved the rights to make changes to the information without notification.
