Event Description: Property 101 Round Table is a conference organized by SUNPES and co-organised by REI Group of Companies to impart property investment knowledge to fresh graduates, students and public with little or no experience in property investment. Prestige speakers and experts will be invited to deliver their talk regarding property investment and a panel session will be held to further discuss topics on property investment in Malaysia.

Dr. Daniele Gambero, expatriate to Malaysia from Italy since 1998, is the CEO and co-founder of strategic marketing consultancy firm REI Group of Companies. He holds an MBA from L. Bocconi University in Milan-Italy (Macro Economy), a Master in Communication from the University of Michigan Ann Arbour MI – USA and a PhD in Strategic Marketing and Mass Communication from the University of Michigan.
Dato’ Stewart LaBrooy is the Executive Chairman of AREA Management Sdn. Bhd. a subsidiary of AREA Advisors Pte Ltd (AREA) an appointment he has taken since his retirement as CEO and Executive Director of Axis REIT Managers Bhd (ARMB) on 31 December 2015. With a career spanning over 40 years in the industrial space, he has spent well over a decade since 2005 in heading Axis REIT and establishing REITs as an important component of the capital markets.
Dr Peter Yee was a school teacher, college lecturer, management training consultant, stock broker/remisier, facilitator of property investment workshops and restaurant owner. He was the founder president of iAuthors club in 2018. He is an author, property investor and chairman of KL and Selangor Property Investors Club 2019.
Charles is the Founder cum Executive Editor of kopiandproperty.com. Charles writes from the perspective of a working professional and views property investment as a long term decision. Charles speaks regularly for property events and his articles and views have appeared in many national newspapers, magazines and property listing portals. He has also appeared in TV shows speaking about property investments and has been a judge for a property award too.
