This year the race will flag off from our Damansara Heights studio on Saturday, 7^th September 2019 and will take participants all the way from Damansara Heights to Bangsar and finally, the finish line at our Bangsar South studio. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to run the entire way as participants will be allowed to use public transportation in the form of the LRT and MRT. Solve riddles to answer your Treasure Hunt questions as well as tackle the challenges our partners will throw your way to emerge victorious and win cash prizes amongst other things. This year we will also be hosting a bazaar at The Sphere, Bangsar South so make sure you check it out.

8.00am - Flag off at Ministry of Burn, Damansara Heights

11.00am - Submission of answers and checklist for Amazing Race

11.30am - Closing of submission of answers and checklist

12.30pm - Announcement of winners, prize giving and lucky draw

Highlights:

• Flag off by our favorite radio DJs Arnold and RD.
• All participants will receive a The Amazing MOB Race 2 dri-fit t-shirt along with goodie bag worth over RM200 each.
• Prizes for the winning teams are a mixture of items and cash prizes of RM2,000, RM1,200 and RM800 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place team respectively.
• Over 50 lucky draw prizes to be won from our partners and sponsors.

Race mechanics:

• Participants to sign up in teams of 4, limited to 50 teams only
• There will be a total of 3 zones where teams will have to hunt for Treasure Hunt answers as well as complete challenges at our designated partners
• Treasure Hunt questions will be in the form of riddles where the answers will be found in names of shops on their storefront signage.
• Challenges will vary at the different partner stations where all members of the team are required to be present to initiate the challenge. All challenges must be completed otherwise teams will be disqualified.
• Teams will have to travel by foot or public transportation in the form of the LRT and MRT only. Teams will be disqualified if they’re found to have used alternative modes of transport.
• Submission of answers and checklist will be at the finish line at Ministry of Burn, Bangsar South and must be completed before 11.30am. Any submissions after this time will be disqualified.
• The winning team will be determined by the number of points collected through correct answers from the Treasure Hunt and challenge scores.
• In the event of a tie, the tie-breaker will be based on the time taken for the team to complete the race.

1. Teams are required to register all members as per submitted before 7.30am on the day of the race. Any unauthorized or unregistered participants without the prior consent and approval from the organizer will be disqualified from the race (no refunds will be accorded). Please bring appropriate identification and all teams will be required to sign off on the waiver form.
2. Teams will be responsible for their own safety throughout the race and must abide by the law and ensure road safety rules are observed. The organizers are not responsible for any road traffic or other offenses committed by the participants during the event.
3. All costs and expenses incurred during the race are to be borne by the participants
4. The organizers reserve the right without assigning any reason therefore to:
   • abandon, cancel or postpone the race as deemed necessary (entry fee will be refunded)
   • reject any entry whether before or after acceptance thereof
   • request to change the team name if found to be offending, improper or obscene
   • bar or exclude any team or one or more members from any team for whatsoever reason deemed appropriate
   • deny any teams from winning prizes and the lucky draw if the registered members' names are found to differ from the submitted names
   • These terms and conditions may be added to or amended at the discretion of the organizer where all decisions shall be final and binding on all participants
