MODERATOR
CHAN CHEE KIAN is the Group Executive Director of Ireka Corporation Bhd and also the Chief Investment Officer of Ireka Development Management Sdn Bhd. Prior to joining Ireka, Chee Kian was previously a management and strategy consultant with a global consulting company in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Bangkok. At Ireka, Chee Kian is responsible in steering investment and corporate activities of the Group and for Aseana Properties Ltd. He graduated from the University of Bristol, England with a First Class Honours, Master of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering in year 2000.
SPEAKERS
YEE WING YIPP has over 17 years of experience in professional consultancy services, especially in the property development and construction industries. He spent almost half of his working life in the Middle East and China working together with both local and international clients primarily in commercial and mixed developments. As Head of Project Division in Cornerstone Partners Group, Yipp is involved in all project and technical aspects including project management, negotiation, business planning, feasibility studies, contract administration and project coordination. Yipp holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
RAYMOND CHOOI is Director of Equity Capital Markets in Maybank Investment Bank Bhd. He has over 15 years of experience in origination, corporate finance and equities having based in Malaysia and Indonesia. Prior to Maybank, he was with CIMB Investment Bank in Malaysia and Indonesia and also headed an Indonesian family office. Raymond graduated with BSc (1st Class) Accounting from University of East Anglia, UK under the sponsorship of Renong Group Scholarship Trust Fund. He also holds a MBA from Manchester Business School.
WINNIE CHUA is the Co-Founder of PolicyStreet, an insurance technology company aiming to democratize insurance to make it simple, easy and affordable. She has 9 years of industry experience encompassing actuarial and strategy roles. She was named Forbes Asia 30 under 30, under Finance and Venture Capital category. She holds a Bachelors of Actuarial Studies from the Australian National University, Canberra.
ALVIN KOH is the Founder and Group CEO of Blinkware Technology, one of SEA’s leading Perception A.I. tech companies. With over 18 years of corporate experience, Alvin has held key senior management positions in Citigroup, UOB and St. George Bank of Australia. He holds an MBA from the Paris School of Management and Bachelors in B.I.S from the University of South Australia. In 2019, Alvin was recognized as one of ASEAN’s “Top 10 Most Inspiring Entrepreneurs” for his work in Industrial A.I.
