1. This online virtual marathon competition is divided into three categories: 21km category, 42km category and 63km category. Each participant can only participate in one category. The selected category cannot be changed after registration is submitted.
2. Registration method:

   •By using the online platform, ticket2u, the platform will automatically send the event details to participants by email.

   •After the registration is completed, participants will receive ebib (entry number in electronic form) through email within 3 working days.

• The first 100 participants who applied the registration will get the discount.

3. Participants are required to complete the chosen distance within the period of 26/10/2020 to 26/11/2020. The first three participants who finish their run with in the shortest time taken will be the winners of this competition. 

4. Any important announcement will be informed through email. Hence, all participants are advised to check their email frequently.

5. Participants can plan their own race route according to the chosen distance and break up the distance into a few runs but at least 2km per time/record. 

6. Participants must complete the race by using the officially authorized sports recording software, KEEP (Chinese version) or Nike Run Club.

7. After participants have completed the run, they are required to upload the phone screenshots of KEEP or Nike Run Club  (including time taken and distance)  using ticket2u e ticket number before 12:00a.m. of 27/11/2020.

 (1) Check and remember your ticket number. 

 (2) Go to event page. 

 (3) Scroll to the bottom of the event page and you will see Virtual Run Result Upload.

8. Organizer will evaluate the winners of this competition according to the phone screenshots. If the submitted information is incomplete, the qualification might be cancelled.

9. Finishers who complete their run within the event's timeframe can get the following souvenirs: 

 • T- shirt 

 • Medal 

 • Ebib 

 • E-certificate 

10. Participants who are not able to finish their chosen distance within the event’s timeframe will not receive any souvenirs mentioned above. 

11. Participants who meet the following requirements can join our lucky draw: 

• Follow these Instagram accounts: msa.fujian , msatianjin_ , amsib_official , gmax.shoes

• Post the images with the ebib and T-shirt on Instagram by using the hashtag #nsdvirtualmarathon2020 

• Tag the Instagram accounts (msa.fujian , msatianjin_ , amsib_official , gmax.shoes) in the post 

• Finish the chosen distance within the event’s timeframe 

12. Any result materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Participants will also be considered as not completing the race. 

13. If the organizer finds any fraud during the results review, the related participants’ qualifications will be cancelled.

• Participants in the "National Sports Day Virtual Marathon" are fully aware of and understand the full risks involved in their participation in the race, in regards to possible damages, or harm to their health.
• Participants in the "National Sports Day Virtual Marathon" understand and agree that there is a health risk associated with this activity. They choose to register for this event (National Sports Day Virtual Marathon) with fully understanding of the risk. The Event Organizing Committee bears no responsibility in case of any potential damage of their health.
• Every runner participates in the event at his/her own free will.
• Every runner participates in the event on his/her own responsibility and bears full responsibility as to his/her fitness condition and ability to participate.
• The Organizing Committee of the event carry no responsibility in case of injury, damage, or any other harm that may be caused by participating, or spectating the event.
• Participants are obliged to bear the race bib that they were given by the Organizing Committee of the event, on the front of their chest. In any other case, it is possible that they are disqualified from the race.
• All participants must respect and follow the regulations of the event, before, during, and after the race.
• The "National Sports Day Virtual Marathon" event takes place on the day and time that has been announced as such. Only in cases of exceptional circumstances or other force major incident, the Organizing Committee of the event have the right to decide on the postponement of the start time or the cancellation of the event, depending on the current conditions. In such cases, the registration fee is NOT refunded to the registered runners.
• The personal data declared by the participant upon submission of entry form is true and correct. In case the entry form is submitted by a third party, it is granted that the participant consents to his/her personal data being given to the Organizing Committee of the event carries by the third party.
• Participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data are given to third parties for reasons related to timing, results' ranking and announcement on the internet. Personal data of the participants required during the registration procedure are stored and will be used for purposes only related to the staging of the event. By submitting an entry form, each participant consents to the storing of his/her personal data and its use for the purposes of the event.
• Participants who go against the rules will be disqualified.
• Participants in the "National Sports Day Virtual Marathon" understand and agree that the event terms and conditions as follows.
