Terms & Conditions
- The Submission period is open from now until 16th November 2022. Buyers are advice to submit their detail as soon as possible. The Refund gateway will be close after 16th November 2022.
- All the refund will be refund to buyer, who made purchase of the event ticket only .
- If any cases who buyer are different with ticket holder , kindly send inquire to [email protected]
- Buyer need ensure all the buyer beneficiary detail key in are correct, if any return or reject by the bank due to spelling error or account number key in error this cause delay of the estimate timeline, and the re-entry for refund will push to the next pay-out.
- There is optional for buyer to attach their IC/Passport/Licence for verification purpose, however if the transaction to buyer reject and need to re-submit to bank , buyer need to bear RM2 re-submit fee on his own.
- Role of ticket2u.com.my under Ticket2u Sdn Bhd will be agency to proceed for refund, we are not responsible for the postponed/cancelled event, which is the sole legal duty and responsibility of the event organiser.
- The refund restricted only for buyer who have registered for UNGU 26TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT LIVE IN MALAYSIA 2022 - 19 Nov 2022.

- All the information capture are solely for UNGU 26TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT LIVE IN MALAYSIA 2022 - 19 Nov 2022 event postponement refund.
- Document submitted will only be used for bank verification purpose and will be treated with the highest confidential.
Estimate Refund Date
- Refund will done batch by batch as it involve mass number of participant.
- The cut-off date of submission will be fall on 16th Nov 2022, estimate pay-out will be fall on 28th NOV 2022 , or 14th DECEMBER 2022
- For Example, submission for 1st - 30th/31st will be refund on the 14th/28th next month.
Waiver
I/We hereby authorise Ticket2u Sdn Bhd to proceed the refund for the ticket purchases paid by me. I/We confirm all the details information provided and given are confirmed correct. I /We understand that if any insufficient of information or error in spelling that cause rejection by bank will delay the process of refund and might involve additional charges for re-submit the document for refund. I/We understand that document submitted only for UNGU 26TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT LIVE IN MALAYSIA 2022 - 19 Nov 2022.
