HOMEDEC AND IPEX – FORGING A BETTER SYNERGY FOR THE TARGET MARKETS

HOMEDEC Sabah 2016 will set another milestone since its debut in 2011 at 1 Borneo, Kota Kinabalu. HOMEDEC's collaboration between PAM Sabah Chapter (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia/Malaysian Institute of Architects) will showcase PAM’s IPEX (Property Exhibition & Ideal Home Show) as a concurrent exhibition, that will not only be bigger in scale but also open up to more business opportunities of the property, renovation, redecoration, refurbishment industry.

IPEX is the trademark property exhibition organised by PAM Sabah Chapter since 1988 when it began as BUILDTECH before its rebranding in 1997. Its aim is to showcase the best and the latest collections by leading suppliers and manufacturers for the architecture, interior design and building industry.

PAM Sabah Chapter’s organising of IPEX and C.I.S’ HOMEDEC exhibit profile will be combined, to create a bigger marketplace relevant to the target audience of homeowners direct, developers, architects , interior designers and other related professionals. It is aimed that with this combined strengths and the synergy, it further enhances the awareness for the renovation, refurbishment and redecoration needs, thus, providing a marketplace for a better standard and quality living for homeowners.

The exhibition will additionally open more doors for business development among exhibitors while affording a much wider range of choices and sophisticated new materials for architects and other building professionals, thereby contributing to the growth of the architecture and home interior industry as a whole for the East and Peninsula Malaysia.
