By purchasing this ticket on your own behalf and as an agent or representative on behalf of any persons, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and not limited to any other provisions that may be specified from time to time, by the event Organizer:-
- All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
- No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
- This is a free seated & free standing event according to their respective categories and block.
No admission for any infants or children aged 4 years old and below. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 21 years and above, at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
Adult Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children admission age.
The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee, processing fee, ticketing fee & etc.
For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to TEN (10) tickets per transaction.
Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share to any other third party
For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.
For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the ticket under your purchase.
In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.
The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall.
Third party are not allowed to entry the event hall.
A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold.
Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
if in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to produce the prove of purchase, in the event of fail to provide required evident, no entry will be allowed.
Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy.
The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorized parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.
Purchase from Unauthorized Sources / Refusal of Admission
Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold.
Delay , Postponement & Cancellation
Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.
In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
Organizer reserves the full discretion to postpone, cancel, interrupt or to stop the performance or the show due to adverse weather, dangerous situation, force majeure or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and prevailing government guidelines.
- The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to the ticket holder.
- If the Event is being canceled, rescheduled, or moved, we will make every effort to notify all ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, Ticket2u/Organizer cannot guarantee that buyer will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is buyers responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses
In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances
Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
The cost of the ticket will not be refunded in the event of any occurrence of factors mentioned above thereafter Organizer is entitled to fix the new event at any other location or venue on any available date and with any other artist, subject to its full discretion with the same terms and conditions under this ticket.
Consent
During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
Assumption of Risk
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
Changes to Event
Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

- All ticket holders may be subject to body/bag checks at the event entry point.
- Re-entry is NOT allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of any ticket category.
- Ticket holder shall observe and comply with all event rules and prohibitions including those pertaining to infant and children admission (14 years and below), smoking, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices wherein only smartphones are allowed and no DSLR or any other high end recording equipment is allowed.
- Late comers will not be admitted until a suitable break during the event.
- Organizer reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
- No smoking or vaping, weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event is permitted inside the venue.
- The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event such as personal injury, death, loss, damage or form of other liability. Organizer is hereby dissolved of all direct or indirect criminal, civil and tort liability.
- Price Excluding Ticket2u Processing Fee of 3% & Ticketing Fee of RM 4.40 Per Ticket.
