Kidz Republic Rules & Regulations:

1.Use of our facilities is at your own risk. While every care is taken to ensure the safety of your children, Kidz Republic shall not be responsible for any damage and loss to any personal belonging, or any injury sustained to any person arising out of or in connection with the use of our facilities.

2.Kid below 12 years old or 135cm in height must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at least one person (must be 18 years old and above). Parents or guardians be held responsible for children under belonging.

3.Visitors must always wear socks (No shoes or bare feet are allowed).

4.No food and drink are allowed inside our park, this is to ensure the cleanliness of the area.

5.No drop-off and do not leave your child unattended as we are not providing any childcare service. An adult must accompany minors, parent or guardian supervision is required.

6.No sick children, parents, or guardians please, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to a sick kid, parent, or guardian at our discretion.

7.No reckless play, fighting or bully is allowed. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

8.No sharp object is allowed, please take care of the safeness of other kids as well as our facilities.

9.Kindly ensure your kid has to change new diapers or go to the washroom before entering the park, please always remind your kid to let you, or guardian or our staff know if they need to go to the washroom. A cleaning fee of RM50.00 will be charged if urine, vomit, or poo leakage.

10.Purchased of Kidz Republic’s ticket is agreeable to authorize Kidz Republic to shoot, retouch, use, and publicly display my portrait (including photos, videos and moving images), and I agreed that Kidz Republic enjoys full copyright of the above photographic works (including authorized portraits) and can be used in various channels such as social media or printing methods. All the authorized content can be published publicly, and the copyright law grants the rights and interests of the author.

11.Kidz Republic rules & regulations are strictly enforced for the safety of the children, we are sorry that we cannot make any exceptions. Kidz Republic Management reserves all right to refuse entry in the event of non-compliance with any of the rules & regulations as mentioned.
