1. Sunway Pyramid store will open its doors on 1 June onwards. For those who want to visit Sunway Pyramid store on 1 & 2 June, you need to do online registration via the official QR code provided online in advance and show the e-ticket number before entering the official queuing area. Walk-ins during 1 & 2 June are strictly not allowed. 
2. Online registration QR code will be released on 1 & 2 June, 8:30 am. Please get the official QR code for registration at POP MART Malaysia's official FB / IG feed and story. 
3. The official POP MART queuing area is located in front of the Sunway Pyramid Orange Zone Entrance. 
4. The official POP MART queuing area will only be opened on 1 & 2 June at 9:00 am. Queue numbers will start being called at 9:00 am, so please ensure you are present when your number is called. 
5. Please show your e-ticket number and BRING YOUR RELATED DOCUMENTS (MALAYSIAN IC / PASSPORT FOR FOREIGNERS) for crew verification before entering the queue line. 
6. If the queue number is called three times without a response, it will be forfeited, and we will proceed to call the next number. 
7. The online registration QR code allows only one registration per person. Please fill in your correct details according to your IC/Passport. Your queue number will be sent to your registered email address, so ensure you provide the correct email address. Children aged 12 and under are strictly not allowed to register.
8. Once you enter the queuing line, it is not advisable to leave the queue. Once you leave the queue, you will not be allowed to return to your original position in the queue anymore. 
9. Strictly no overnight queuing is allowed. Any queue that is not managed by POP MART will not be acknowledged. Any physical queuing before the release of the Registration online QR code at the queue area will not be recognized or considered as well. 
10. If you plan to visit the POP MART store at Sunway Pyramid again after your initial entry, please note that you will not be allowed to reuse the previously registered e-ticket number. Instead, you will need to register again online on 2 June for your second visit.
11. If you plan to visit the POP MART store at Sunway Pyramid on 2 June, please note that you will not be allowed to reuse the e-ticket number registered for 1 June. Instead, you will need to register again online on 2 June starting at 8:30 am. The online registration QR code will be released on the POP MART Malaysia official FB / IG platform on that day. 
12. Lucky Draw Event will be held on 2 June for the first 300 customers only! During the Lucky Draw event, customers can either participate in the Lucky Draw or make a normal in-store purchase, but not both. Each entry visit allows you to choose either the Lucky Draw or normal in-store purchase. If you wish to visit the store again on 2 June, you will need to register online and wait at the queue area at the Sunway Pyramid Orange Zone for your number to be called.
13. POP MART crew will lead by batch from the official queuing area to go up to the store. Please follow the line and do not run out from the line when on the way to POP MART store. 
14. Before entering the store, you will get your physical in-store queue number card from the crew as well according to your queue order. 
15. Please hand over your physical in-store queue number card to the cashier at the payment counter when you make the purchase. 
16. Each queue number card allows a maximum of 5 items per person (regardless of whether individual pieces or full cases, each piece or each box counts as one item).
17. Storewide items are limited to 2 per person. However, the overall limit remains at 5 items, as stated above. This means each person can purchase a maximum of 5 items per queue number card and per receipt, regardless of whether special category items or storewide items.
18. Shopping Time: Each person is allowed to shop for only 10 minutes. When the clock rings, you must proceed to the cashier for payment.
19. The Queue number card does not guarantee successful purchase of any particular items. All items are on a first-come, first-served & while stocks last.
