Individual/Family Package

• Farm Fresh @ UPM is solely operated by Serdang Dairy Sdn Bhd (SDSB), a subsidiary owned and operated by Farm Fresh Berhad. This dairy farm is also established as the Industry Centre of Excellence together with University Putra Malaysia.
• By entering Farm Fresh @ UPM, visitors consent to these terms and conditions (which also incorporate the privacy notice available at https://www.farmfresh.com.my/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/POLICY-THMC-PDPA-Rev-3.pdf) (“these T&C”). Adults (aged 18 years and above) bringing minors to Farm Fresh @ UPM represent that they have the authority to agree that these T&C apply to such minors and hereby indemnify SDSB against any claim by the minor or his/her parent or legal guardian arising from such representations being false.
• Each ticket is for one-day admission of one person to Farm Fresh @ UPM once purchase.
• Admission is subject to Farm Fresh @ UPM's operating hours (which may change from time to time without prior notice) and capacity limitation.
• The ticket is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not for resale, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and will not be valid if it is altered or damaged.
• SDSB do not entertain of any refunds due to bad weather (heavy raining, lightning, heat waves etc.).
• Children below the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when inside Farm Fresh @ UPM. For proper care and attention while at Farm Fresh @ UPM, it is recommended that each adult accompanies no more than 5 kids.
• Children between the age of 10 and 17 years are allowed without being accompanied by an adult, but an adult must be present for the children at point of drop off & pick up.
• Children below the age of 4 years will be allowed to Farm Fresh @ UPM for free. SDSB may require accompanying adults to provide proof of identification of their children at any time during the visit at Farm Fresh @ UPM.
• OKU or special needs individuals will be allowed to enter Farm Fresh @ UPM for free. SDSB may require accompanying adults to provide proof of identification of their children at any time during the visit at Farm Fresh @ UPM.
• Entrance tickets must be purchased at the door, in a systematic order of queuing upon arrival.
• Everyone is to read the house rules and understand the nature of how this farm operates and abiding by the rules & regulations of the place.
• Be aware of certain signages to guide you with more info / direction on where to go and how to care for the flora & fauna of the place.
• By entering Farm Fresh @ UPM, visitors accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety & security of their belongings and, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All visitors in and around Farm Fresh @ UPM should behave in a safe manner at all times and accompanying adults shall exercise reasonable steps in supervising the kids.
• Upon admission, each visitor will be requested to put on a wristband. For re-entry, safety, and security, this must be kept on the visitor at all times within Farm Fresh @ UPM until exit of the place.
• SDSB may conduct security checks on visitors’ belongings at any time.
• SDSB may, without refund or compensation, refuse admission to, or remove from Farm Fresh @ UPM, any visitor who contravenes these T&C.
• All persons entering these premises, or using any amenities or facilities on these premises, do so entirely at their own risk and subject to the following conditions:
  1. These premises are private property and the owner, Manager and/or Operator of these premises reserves the right to refuse admission or entry to any person.
  2. These Premises may be monitored by CCTV surveillance.
  3. The Owner, Manager and/or operator of these premises, amenities and facilities and its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, do not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property, arising from fire, theft or any other cause whatsoever and by whomever caused or arising from the negligence or gross negligence or wrongful acts or omissions of the owner, manager and/or operator of the farm or its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives.
  4. Please note that while every effort is made to use fresh ingredients in the preparation of food and beverages served on the premises, food and beverage including dairy product, ice cream, frozen dessert, proprietary sauces, juices, preserves, jams and preserved meats, served may contain permitted artificial colorants flavorings and preservatives. In addition, certain foodstuffs have been packaged and prepared on premises in which nuts may be present.

Group Tour

• Farm Fresh @ UPM is solely operated by Serdang Dairy Sdn Bhd (SDSB), a subsidiary owned and operated by Farm Fresh Berhad. This dairy farm is also established as the Industry Centre of Excellence together with University Putra Malaysia.
• Group Tour bookings will be subject to a first come first serve booking basis, along with availability of Tour Guide during the day of booking. Tour Guides are optional and chargeable with RM100 for maximum 40 pax per tour guide. A 10-days booking in advance is required and 5 days payment terms before tour date based on subject to availability.
• SDSB will require prior info before booking of all guests coming - arrangement, no. of pax of adults and kids, coordination of the group’s tour leader and reps of Farm Fresh @ UPM.
• Total package price will be fixed based on the packages set for each tour group, no further discounts or adhoc request entertained.
• OKU or special needs individuals must be accompanied by their parents, guardians, or assistant.
• SDSB reserves the rights to amend the tour packages at any time without prior notice.

Restaurant/Buffet Ramadan Ja-moo Selera

1. The Acre By Farm Fresh receiving a reservation request may at its sole and absolute discretion accept or reject reservation requests. If your reservation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation number and email as verification of a successful reservation. In the absence of such confirmation, no reservation shall be deemed to have been made. A copy of the confirmation email or identification document of the person making the reservation must be presented upon arrival at the ticket entrance.

2. Reservations at The Acre by Farm Fresh may be made up 20 days in advance for a maximum of 10 persons, including children. Each child will be counted 1 person.

3. You should only use the Service if you (i) have legal capacity to create binding legal obligations and (ii) accept financial responsibility for all transactions carried out under your reservation or as a result of your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in connection with your reservation, including without limitation the name of the restaurant, proposed dining date and time, number of guests and your contact details.

3. The Acre By Farm Fresh may at any time, without assigning any reasons therefor and without prior notice, cancel your reservation without any liability to you or any other person.

4. The Acre by Farm Fresh reserves the right to cancel your reservation and release a table if you do not arrive within 15 minutes after the reservation time.

USE OF THE RESTAURANT

1.The restaurant reserves the right to assign tables at its discretion.  Special requests may be granted at the sole discretion of the restaurant.

2. All outdoor seating arrangement will be subjected to weather. If bad weather persist, we reserve the right to move your seating to a sheltered area without prior notice.

3. All diners must abide by any dress code or other rules imposed by the restaurant. The Acre by Farm Fresh reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove persons from a restaurant for failure to comply with such dress code or rules.

4. Menu selections will contain traces of nuts, dairy, meat, poultry, shellfish and gluten.

5. The Acre by Farm Fresh may at any time, removed or replace any food items that is listed on the menu without assigning any reasons therefore and without prior notice and subject to seasonality and availability of the ingredients.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

1. The Acre By Farm Fresh does not warrant or represent that your access to the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content or other material accessible in connection with the Service will be accurate or free of computer viruses, bugs or other harmful components.

2. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind and The Acre by Farm Fresh disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties as to fitness for purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights or compatibility between the Service and any software or hardware.

3. You accept all risk and responsibility for your use of the Service including the submission of any personal or financial information.

4. The Acre By Farm Fresh, their managers and employees shall not be liable for, and shall exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability, loss, claim or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the following:

-your access to or use of the Service;
-your use of or reliance on the  information or materials provided in connection with the Service;
-your supply of any personal or financial information or the unauthorised access thereof by a third party;
-the unavailability of the Service or any failure, delay or error in processing or fulfilling a reservation or reservation request; and
-the use of the restaurants or consumption of the food, beverage or restaurant services by you or any other person.

5. The Acre By Farm Fresh, their managers and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss, including loss of revenue, income, profit, opportunity or reputation arising out of your use of the Services, Website or restaurants.

6. You agree to indemnify and keep The Acre by Farm Fresh, their managers and their employees indemnified from and against any liability, loss, claim or damage which arises out of or is caused by your breach of these terms and conditions and/or your use of the Service, Website or restaurants.

Cancellation policy
1. All confirmed bookings are final and all payment made is strictly non refundable. In case of proved death or accidents, a refund may be granted at the Operations Manager and Venue Manager's discretion.
