RESTAURANT/BUFFET RAMADAN JAMOO SELERA
1. The Acre by Farm Fresh reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or decline any reservation request. Upon acceptance of a reservation, a confirmation number and email will be issued as verification of a successful booking. In the absence of such confirmation, no reservation shall be deemed valid. Guests are required to present a copy of the confirmation email or a valid identification document of the person who made the reservation upon arrival at the ticket entrance.
2. Reservations at The Acre by Farm Fresh may be made up to 20 days in advance for parties of up to 10 persons, including children. Each child is counted as one person.
3. You may use the Service only if you (i) have the legal capacity to enter into binding legal obligations and (ii) accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your reservation or arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in connection with your reservation, including, without limitation, the restaurant name, intended dining date and time, number of guests, and your contact details.
4. The Acre by Farm Fresh reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons, to cancel any reservation without incurring any liability to you or any third party.
USE OF THE RESTAURANT
1. The restaurant reserves the right to assign tables at its sole discretion. Any special requests are subject to availability and may be accommodated at the restaurant’s discretion.
2. All outdoor seating arrangements are subject to weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, the restaurant reserves the right to relocate your seating to a sheltered area without prior notice.
3. All diners are required to comply with any dress code or other rules imposed by the restaurant. The Acre by Farm Fresh reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any person who fails to comply with such dress code or rules.
4. Menu items may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, meat, poultry, shellfish, and gluten.
5. The Acre by Farm Fresh reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons, to remove or replace any menu items due to seasonality or the availability of ingredients.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
1. The Acre by Farm Fresh does not warrant or guarantee that your access to the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that any information, data, content, or other materials accessed through the Service will be accurate or free from viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.
2. The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Acre by Farm Fresh expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights, and compatibility between the Service and any software or hardware.
3. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all risks associated with such use, including, without limitation, the submission of any personal or financial information.
4. The Acre by Farm Fresh, along with its managers and employees, shall not be liable for, and to the maximum extent permitted by law expressly excludes, any liability, loss, claim, or damage arising from or in connection with any of the following:
- your access to or use of the Service;
- your use of or reliance on the information or materials provided in connection with the Service;
- your provision of any personal or financial information, or any unauthorized access to such information by a third party;
- the unavailability of the Service, or any failure, delay, or error in processing or fulfilling a reservation or reservation request;
- the use of the restaurant or the consumption of any food, beverages, or services by you or any other person;
5. The Acre by Farm Fresh, along with its managers and employees, shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, income, profits, opportunities, or reputation, arising from your use of the Service, Website, or restaurant.
6. You agree to indemnify and keep The Acre by Farm Fresh, their managers and their employees indemnified from and against any liability, loss, claim or damage which arises out of or is caused by your breach of these terms and conditions and/or your use of the Service, Website or restaurants.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All confirmed bookings are final, and all payments made are strictly non-refundable. In the event of verified death or accidents, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the Operations Manager and Venue Manager.
