* 18 years and above for open men and women.
* 10 - 17 years old for open junior.
* Able-bodied and found to be healthy.
* Any participant with health problems must inform the organiser on prior notice.
* All participant must be at the event-starting-area 30 minutes early than the starting time.
* All participant must wear appropriate attire.
* The participants are allowed (not compulsory) to wear any Batik material to show support to the event's theme.
