By registering for the SME Jumpstart Workshop ("Event"), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Registration
- Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from the organiser.
- Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organiser.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registration details are accurate and complete.
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

5. Photography, Videography & Media Usage
i. Photography, videography and audio recording may take place during the Event.
ii. By attending the Event, participants consent to the use of their image, voice and likeness in:
- Event photography or videography
- Promotional materials
- Social media content
- Event recap materials
- Marketing and communications related to SME Jumpstart Workshop and future Pos Malaysia events
iii. No compensation shall be payable for such use.
6. Personal Data & Privacy
i. Personal information collected during registration will be used for:

Participants acknowledge and consent that their name, company name and email address may be shared with participating event partners and sponsors for legitimate business follow-up, networking purposes and related opportunities in connection with the SME Jumpstart Workshop. Participants who do not wish for these details to be shared must provide written refusal to <[email protected]> before the Event.
7. Partner Booths, Offers & Brew Passport
Any products, services, offers, promotions or QR-code links provided by participating partners are solely the responsibility of the respective partner organisation.
8. Conduct of Participants
Participants agree to:
Behave professionally and respectfully throughout the Event;
Follow venue rules and safety requirements;
Refrain from disruptive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour;
Respect speakers, exhibitors, sponsors and fellow attendees.
Dress code is smart casual. Slippers are not permitted.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
i. Participants attend the Event at their own risk.
ii. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be liable for:

10. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for failure to hold or continue the Event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such situations, the organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel the Event.
