Pengumuman rasmi pihak penganjur: (kenyataan penuh di poster 3 & 4) Hormati Ramadan Pesta Muzik Kuantan Pada 24 Februari Ditunda & Akan Temui Peminat 4 Mei 2024. Meskipun sempat merencanakan pesta khusus khas untuk rakyat Pahang dan Pantai Timur secara amnya iaitu Pesta Muzik Kuantan pada 24 Februari ini, Showpro Entertainment Sdn. Bhd. selaku Penganjur telah mengambil keputusan menunda acara berkenaan. Tidak ada yang lebih diutamakan oleh pihak penganjur selain menjaga sensitiviti, toleransi demi keharmonian serta menghormati pelbagai kaum dan agama sebagai rakyat Malaysia tercinta. Pihak penganjur juga telah menukar nama acara ini ke UNGU DI KUANTAN BERSAMA ARTIS TANAH AIR. Setelah mengambil kira faktor perkembangan isu semasa serta menghormati pandangan masyarakat terutamanya masyarakat Islam yang akan menyambut bulan Ramadan dan Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, pihak penganjur bersetuju untuk menunda pesta berkenaan ke tarikh baharu iaitu 4 Mei 2024. Keputusan penundaan UNGU DI KUANTAN BERSAMA ARTIS TANAH AIR ini juga dipersetujui baik oleh seluruh barisan artis dan pihak yang terlibat. Barisan artis yang terlibat dalam penganjuran ini adalah kumpulan terkenal Indonesia, UNGU serta barisan artis tempatan iaitu Eda Ezrin, Ara Johari, Naim Daniel, Khai Bahar, Nabila Razali, Den Manjo dan Aswad Jalil akan menghiburkan pengunjung pada 4 Mei 2024. UNGU DI KUANTAN BERSAMA ARTIS TANAH AIR ini pada asalnya mempunyai objektif untuk terus melestarikan budaya, menggalakkan penghayatan seni dan membantu penjanaan ekonomi di karnival jualan produk tempatan seperti makanan dan cenderahati serta aktiviti-aktiviti menarik di perkarangan Stadium Darul Makmur, Kuantan, Pahang. Pihak Penganjur dengan rendah hati ingin memohon maaf kepada semua pembeli tiket konsert. Semua pembeli tiket konsert boleh mengekalkan status pembelian memandangkan hanya perubahan kepada tarikh konsert sahaja iaitu dari 24 Februari 2024 ditunda ke tarikh 4 Mei 2024. Pihak Penganjur amat menghargai semua pihak yang memberi kerjasama dan menyokong acara ini, serta ingin memohon maaf sekali lagi kepada semua di atas segala kesulitan yang telah berlaku. TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Only a maximum of 6 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• All tickets are subject to a RM5.00 Ticketing Fee per ticket. 
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
• Once a Block/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. Kindly confirm before proceeding with payment. Kindly refer to the final seat allocation (if any) via email.
• Ticket buyers and holders must be above the age of 6 years old.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines.
• Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice. 
• Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

NO RE-ENTRY POLICY 

• Please keep in mind that re-entry is not allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of your ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you cannot leave and enter again.
• The Organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for an actual ticket with QR Code that has been used previously by others.

PURCHASE INFORMATION:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangable.
  
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.

• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
