Thank you for supporting SJKC Min Sin 2025 Fund Raising Concert. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Ticket Purchase and Issuance

1. Online Sales Only: All tickets are sold exclusively online through Ticket2U and issued electronically as e-tickets.
2. Availability: Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
3. E-Ticket Delivery: Upon successful purchase, e-tickets will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact details are accurate, as we are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
4. Booking Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation email or encounter an error during purchase, please contact Ticket2U promptly to verify your order. We are not liable for losses if you assume an order was or was not placed without confirmation.
5. Unique QR Code: Each e-ticket includes a unique QR code for entry verification. Please do not share or post your e-ticket online to prevent unauthorized use.

Admission and Attendance

6. Age Requirements: Children aged 4 and above require a ticket and must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
7. Seat Selection: Seats are self-selected based on availability at the time of purchase. Please verify your assigned seats before completing payment. Final seat allocations will be confirmed via email.
8. Venue Layout: The seat map and venue layout displayed on our website or mobile app are for reference only and not drawn to scale. The layout is subject to change without prior notice.
9. Entry Requirements: Please present your e-ticket QR code (digital or printed) for verification at the event. Entry may be denied without a valid ticket.

Ticket Policies

10. Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Any resold tickets will be voided, and entry will be denied.
11. No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted once your booking is confirmed, except as outlined in the Event Changes and Cancellations section below.
12. Proof of Purchase: Please retain your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.

Event Changes and Cancellations

13. Event Modifications: The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify the event, including changes to artists, programs, pricing, venues, seating arrangements, or audience capacity, without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds or compensation.
14. Cancellations or Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation, postponement, or relocation due to unforeseen circumstances or government guidelines, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at purchase. However, it is your responsibility to check for updates regarding the event’s status, date, or time.
15. No Liability for Additional Costs: Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer is liable for additional expenses (e.g., travel or accommodation) incurred due to event cancellations, rescheduling, or changes.

Attendee Responsibilities and Safety

16. Personal Responsibility: By attending the event, you accept all risks and dangers associated with travel to, from, and within the venue. Please exercise caution and follow all venue and event guidelines.
17. Compliance with Guidelines: All attendees must comply with the event’s code of conduct, venue policies, and any applicable health or safety regulations.
