General Sales Conditions 

1. All ticket holders need a valid ticket to enter the event. One (1) ticket admits one (1) person only. 

2. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically. 

3. One (1) ID can be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.

4. The ticket price shall be the price set at the time the ticket order is accepted. The ticket price is subject to handling fees, ticketing fees & etc.

5. Once the tickets are sold, no exchange, cancellation or refund is allowed under any circumstances.

6. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The Organiser(s) reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to have been resold; tickets are non-transferable and will be rendered invalid if resold.

7. Tickets purchased from unauthorised ticket sellers or scalpers will be counted as void.

8. Removing, altering, and/or defacing any part of the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 

9. The Organiser(s) will not be held responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.  

10. The age limit for this event is seven (7) years and above.

11. This event has a mix layout of numbered seating and free standing layout.

12. For seating, the seats are auto-assigned based on the best available seats. It is not guaranteed that all seats will be assigned together. Please double-check before proceeding as once assigned, seats cannot be cancelled or changed.

13. For multiple ticket purchases on behalf of friends and/or family,

• You are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase

• Please ensure the ticket is given only to the right recipient and is not shared with any other third-party.

14. In the event of any change in the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before the Ticket2u customer service agents or any authorised personnel can make necessary amendments. Ticket2u/Organiser(s) customer service reserves the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. If the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organiser(s)’ ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for entry.

15. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity Card submitted online during the ticket purchase. On-ground access control procedures and methods are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provisions as may be specified from time to time.

16. Purchasers MUST present their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event that the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the Organiser(s) reserves the absolute right to deny entry to the hall to the ticket holder. 

17. Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.

18. Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned and validated at the event gate, the ticket is considered used and cannot be revalidated or transferred, regardless of who presents it or proof of purchase. The organiser (s) shall not be liable for entry refusal in such cases.

19. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

20. Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21. The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to Ticket2u/Concert Organiser(s) for processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorised parties to contact the Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, and any other marketing and promotional activities.

22. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

• Purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.hitmanlive.com & https://www.ticket2u.com.my (“Website”). Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies, and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.

• In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data during the purchase, they may be barred from attending the Event.

• Ticket2u/Organiser(s) reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

23. In the event of the following weather conditions:

• If this is an indoor event, it will not be impacted by the rain.

• If this is an outdoor event, it may be impacted by the rain - raincoats will be available for purchase at the venue. 

• The show will continue if it rains.

24. Delays & Postponement

• Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances, and tickets sold are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.

• In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

• The Organiser(s) reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

25. Cancellation

• Ticket2u/Organiser(s) reserve the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

26. Consent

• During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search by the security and/or the organiser(s) for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled or dangerous, illegal substances, and recording devices.

27. Assumption of Risk

• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.

28. Changes to Event

• The Organiser(s) reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers and/or vary advertised programs, event times, event location, seating arrangements, layout, and/or audience capacity without prior notice. 

29. Recording / Audiotaping

• No photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the Event.

30. Amendments

• Ticket2u/Organiser(s) reserves the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
