1.      Oasis Swiss will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.

Parcel should be in good condition upon receiving. Buyers must inspect all products clearly once they receive. Receiver have the rights to reject immediately shall the parcel is not in good condition ex; carton dented, wet, being opened, etc

Notes:-

* Please take note that we are not responsible for any damage caused during courier service delivery; the parcel is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages during courier service delivery.

There will be an inspection procedure needed for faulty parcel. Shall the faulty is caused by courier mishandling there will be claims issued.  

Return of items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your parcel. (Please attached clear photo of the defect area, customer full name, contact number & state with order details) email to [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected]

Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging to Oasis Swiss Sdn Bhd, No. 20 Jalan MJ14, Taman Industri Meranti Jaya, 47120 Puchong, Selangor. Faulty delivery costs will be covered by customer.

Customers need to bear the delivery charges for defective claims/return sending back.

Oasis Swiss will cover delivery costs of a new replacement unit after verify shall it cause by manufacturing defects of which delivery charges of new replacement will be cover by Oasis Swiss.

Warranty claims which do not comply to the above procedures will not be processed due to inappropriate information.
