1) Organizer is not responsible for any injuries, deaths , or loss of valuables for any participants throughout the entire event.
2) After payment & registration successful, no refunds will be entertained.
3) Organizer will provide the T-shirt based on the specified size stated in the registration form.
4) Strictly No T-shirt size exchange during collection days.
5) Race kits not collected during collection period will be deemed to be unwanted , and the organizer shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.
6) Strictly No Race kit collection on event day.
7) All participants finisher medal to be collected on the race day only . No requests thereafter will be entertained.
8) The organizer reserves the rights to cancel the race in the event of unforeseen heavy rain , thunder storm or extreme weather conditions without any refund.
9) The organizer reserves the right to make final decision & judgement on all matters pertaining to the race.
