| • 10 KILOMETRES • 4 FITNESS CHALLENGES • 8 OBSTACLES CHALLENGES
(0km - 6km) The first 6km WILL challenge your aerobic capacity with running as well as coming head to head with 4 RAW fitness battlegrounds where each consist of different workout challenges designed to challenge your strengths and endurance as an individual or in a group.
(6km - 10 km) The 6th onwards is filled with a number of different challenging obstacles that challenge both mind and body to overcome the set obstacles. Each obstacle requiring a different approach to overcome.

HERO RAWriors (competitive): WIN prize money and be the best of the best! You will get the priority to start first at a competitive pace. HEROs will compete with one another making their way through the 10KM+ to be the fastest to conquer all the fitness challenges & obstacles. HEROs will be timed with a RFID chip. HEROs at the Top 30 of the leaderboard will receive an exclusive Rawgathon Ring as a symbol of victory and domination along with cash prizes and more! Oh, and you will definitely get your personal photos for bragging rights. |
BLACK RAWriors (non-competitive): This is OPEN to everyone whether young or old, male or female! Everyone is welcome! With the set fitness challenges & obstacle course that will test your strength, endurance and willpower over the course of 10KM+. You will have an experience that no other race can provide! |

- 2nd Place Male and Female: 2nd Place Medal (SILVER RAWGATHON ring), RM750.00 Cash & Prizes

TICKET TRANSFERS
Before Race Day, you can transfer your registration to someone else at an administrative fee of RM50 per transfer. Deadline for any online transfers is once online registration is closed. If you are unable to attend the race for any reason, a deferment email with steps on how to defer your race credit to the next race. For more information on deferring your race, please click HERE
ARRIVAL
Arrive 1 to 2 hours before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your starter pack, drop your stuff at bag check-in/storage, and get warmed up.
1. Head over to Registration to check in and collect your headband, timing chip and more.
2. Make your way to the Bag Drop tent at the Festival Area to store your belongings.
3. Proceed to the Start area to warm up and await your designated heat time.
BAG DROP
Bag Drop is limited to one bag per racer. All Bag Drop items MUST fit inside a single bag. No other bags or items will be accepted. Food, drinks and a ton of great merchandise will also be available for purchase in the Parade Area. Don’t forget to bring cash as ATM services are limited.
WHAT TO WEAR
There is no dress code, but you will be running on a dirt trail which has mud and water, picking up heavy objects, climbing and overcoming obstacles and doing whatever heroes do. Our HEROs recommendation: performance gear (NO COTTON), hydration packs, compression underwear, nutrition bars, energy gels and you’re A-game.

- Valid Identification
- Your phone/ printouts of your QR Code, start time (Check the website for both!)
- Towel, a change of clothes/shoes, spare plastic bag for your muddy items
- Sunscreen
- Extra Supply of Water
- Cash (you will need them for merchandizes and food) – No Atm nearby

PHOTOS
Professional event day photos will be posted on the results page on the RAWGATHON Malaysia website page 3 – 4 WEEKS after the event. We’ll announce when your photos are ready! Our photographers will try their very best to get great pictures of every single racer however sometimes racers are missed. We apologize in advance if you do not have a picture at a particular fitness challenges/obstacles.
