1)The SKAIEVENT 2019 Countdown Run is organized by Skaievent Technovation Sdn Bhd and it is open to everyone who has a valid address in Malaysia and other countries.
2)Skaievent Technovation reserves the right to cancel, postpone or amend the event at anytime without prior notice to participants, in which case they will make an effort to inform the participant prior to the date of event.
3)Participants have 21 days from 1st Dec 2018 to 21st Dec 2018 to complete the run. Where participants can split the distance to as many times as they wish, but if there are more than 1 picture, they are required to combine all the pictures into maximum 10 pictures.
4)Entries are non-transferable.
5)T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request of size change will not be entertained.
6)All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subject to change without notice.
7)Submission of results must be submitted anytime before the 21st Dec 2018. If participants are unable to submit the result before the 21st Dec 2018, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled for any of the rewards.
8)Once participants registration is done, there will be NO refund even if participants are not able to participate due to whatever reason. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple entries.
9)Incomplete entries (i.e. not accompanied by fees or contain details) will be rejected.
10)Participants must be certified fit to participate in this event. The organizer (Skaievent Technovation Sdn Bhd) shall not be liable for any accident, injuries or mishap that happen in participating the event.
11)Participant below 18 years old is required to have parental or guardian consent before participating. Proceeding with this registration means that a parent or guardian has approved your participation.
12)Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about the Participants. The Organizer may contact the Participants time by e-mail or text message. Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organizer shall consider as received by the Participants. If the Participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, or the Organizer has rights to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the Organizer may suspend or terminate the Participants’ registration and fees will not be refund.
13)Running Kit will be post out directly to registered mailing address which provided by participants during registration. No self-collection is allowed. All participants are advised to wait for the Running Kit to be delivered to them. No refund will be made for cancellation of courier service.
14)If participant buy more than one (1) ticket, Running Kit will be post out to the Ticket's Buyer address only.
15)If there is a returned of parcel during deliver of the rewards due to whatever reason. Upon request, we will arrange to resend the reward but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
16)Any address changes after registration will incurred additional charges.
17)The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, motion picture, recordings or any other records of the event for any legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising.
18)The organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at anytime at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
Tracking Your Run
1)After registration, participants need to run their total distance of 21km in a location and time of their choice, alone or with friends, outdoors or on a treadmill anytime within 1 - 21 December 2018. Don’t forget to use running application such as Nike+, Runtastic, Garmin, Mapmyrun and etc.
2)After the run, the screenshot of the run results must be sent for submission. (It should contain the distance, timing and date of the run).
3)Submission of run results are to be made via the "Virtual Run Result Upload" section at the bottom of this event page by entering your "Ticket Number" before 21st December 2018.
