1. Buddy Not Bully Colouring Contest 2018 (“the Contest”) is organised by is organised by JCI Bandar Klang, Persatuan Keturunan Wu Pantai Klang (Youth), GBBM Bukit Tinggi and Impress Academy (“the Organiser”), in collaboration with MuzArt and venue sponsored by Paradigm Mall.
2. This Contest is applicable to kids aged 4 years old to 12 years old as of the date of participation. Kindly produce identity card for verification purposes. Available slots are based on first-come-first-serve basis.
- Category A is open to kids aged 4 years old to 6 years old
- Category B is open to kids aged 7 years old to 9 years old
- Category C is open to kids aged 10 years old to 12 years old
3. The Contest is held on 18 November 2018 (Sunday), 11am – 12.30 pm at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya (“the Venue”).
4. Duration of colouring contest is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5. Participant must complete the colouring contest by themselves without assistance from a third party. All art piece need to be done at the venue, and to be submitted to the Organiser not later by 12.30 pm, 18th November 2018 (Sunday).
6. The Organiser will only be providing the art piece for the competition. Participants are allowed to bring colouring materials such as colour pencils, and crayons. Water colour or poster colour materials are strictly not allowed.
7. Only 1 art piece paper will be distributed to each participant on contest day.
8. Children are advised to bring their own drawing table during the contest period for their comfort.
9. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the contest without prior notice.
10. Judges’ decision is final and further inquiry will not be entertained.
11. Prizes will be awarded to the Contest winners based on creativity and overall attractiveness of the artwork. The final 3 winners for each categories will be chosen by the Organiser and shall be entitled to the Trophy, Certificates and following Cash Prizes:

12. Prizes giving ceremony will be held on the same day 18th NOVEMBER 2018 at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya.
13. If the winner is not present at the time of announcement, the organiser reserves the right to replace winners.
14. The organiser is not liable for any loss/damage/injury of participants or any party who is related to the participants, arising from any circumstances, either controllable or non-controllable, that occur before, during or after the contest.
15. All entries shall be the property of the organiser, including all their copyrights.
16. By entering this contest all participants are deemed to understand ALL the rules and regulations and AGREE to all rules and regulations.
17. Ticket sold / registration fees collected is NOT REFUNDABLE.
18. Participants are required to provide correct and valid personal information in order to validate the registration for the contest. Any unclear or incomplete details will make the participation void.
19. Details which consist of personal data provided by participants may be used by the Organiser in line with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for the following purposes:-
a. The processing of the Contest participants;
b. The operations and process involved in this Contest;
c. Updating our records on the participants of this Contest;
d. For advertising and promotion purposes;
e. For any purposes required by law or regulation.
20. Participants agree to allow the Organiser to disclose information as mentioned in Clause 6 above to Organiser and/or 3rd party service providers. The Organiser shall require those parties to handle participants’ personal information using the same level of care that the Organiser applies. The Organiser will also require them to only use participants’ personal information in accordance with the organiser’s instructions.
21. In providing participants’ contact number, e-mail address, facsimile number or other contact methods, participants are agreeing that Organiser and/or its 3rd party service providers may contact them by telephone, e-mail, facsimile or other such method. Other than those individuals and entities mentioned above, or as informed from time to time, personal data will not be revealed by the Organiser to any other outsiders, unless the Organiser has required customer permission to do so.
22. The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prizes of equivalent value without notice.
23. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any entry without having to justify or entertain any correspondence on their decision.
24. The Organiser reserves the right to, in their discretion, cancel, vary or suspend the Contest should technical errors or other causes beyond control affect the administration, security or proper operation of the Contest.
25. Members and judges of the Organiser, its affiliates and/or related companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to register their children or any of their family members for this Contest.
26. The Organiser reserves the rights to amend this Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to participants. This Terms and Conditions are not intended to, nor does it create any contractual rights whatsoever of or any legal rights nor does it create any obligations on the Organiser in respect of any other party or on behalf of any party.
27. The Organiser reserves all its rights under the law.
