Participants are only entitled to receive either a Finisher Tee and/or a Finisher Medal (Delivery by post) and an online Certificate (via email). No sponsor goodies will be delivered.
Participants can expect delivery of either the finisher tee and/or medal after submission of run results before 31st October 2019.
Ticket2u fee of 6% is borne by the Organiser. Delivery fee will be borne by participants. For Participants with a valid address in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), there will be additional charges of RM 5.00 for postage. For Participants with a valid address in other countries besides Malaysia (Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, Laos, Vietnam & Hong Kong), there will be additional charges of RM 15.00 for postage. However, participants may opt to collect the Finisher Tee and the Finisher Medal personally at the secretariat table during the Mega Borneo Fest and Charity Dinner 2019 on 15 September 2019 by notifying us via email at [email protected]. Your IC/Passport must be produced to confirm your ownership of the FinisherTee and the Finisher Medal.
Bulk delivery is not applicable for all Virtual Run, whether individual or group registrations. All Virtual Run packages will be delivered individually.
All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia and it is based on the current conversion rate of the day. The conversion rate is subject to currency fluctuation.
Borneo Original Virtual Fun Run 2019 ['Event'] is a virtual run organised by Borneo Original Networks ['the Organiser'] and is open to anyone aged 13 and above; each participant attends the session at his/her free will. It is open to everyone who has a valid address in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Philippines, Laos, Vietnam & Hong Kong.
This Event will be held from 31st May 2019 to 28th July 2019. The Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Event at any time.
Participants must be certified fit to participate in this Event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any accident or mishap which arises as a result of non-disclosure of medical conditions by the Participants.
Participant agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant. The Organiser may contact the Participant from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the Event's Official Website (or any parts therefore).
For group registration, there will be no bulk delivery. All packages will be delivered individually.
Once Participant's registration has been duly processed, there will be NO refund for Participant who does not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason.
Entries are non-transferable
All T-Shirt measurements subject to 1 - 2 CM tolerance.
All merchandise - Color, design and material are subject to change without notice.
The e-Certificate will be sent via email bearing the Participant's name and run results.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue or to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case the Organiser will make effort to inform the Participant prior to the date. If the Event has to be cancelled, there shall be NO refund of fees and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. Any updates on the Event including any changes to the Rules and Regulations will be posted on the Event's Official Website. It is the responsibility of the Participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconveniences caused.
There will be no refund of registration fees, if the Event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the Organiser (including but not limited to haze, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism or other conditions) and which in the Organiser's opinion, renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or add any Event category without giving any reasons whatsoever or providing any prior notice to the Participant.
The Organiser shall not be held liable for any injury or harm experienced by the participant before, during, or after the course of participation in the Event.
The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations at any time, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.
Participants must ensure that they have read and understood the Personal Data Protection Notice on the collection, retention, use, disclosure and management of the Participant's personal data.
Participants registering on behalf of someone else must declare that they have obtained consent from the named individual(s) on the registration, for the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data.
Participants who are residing at Peninsular Malaysia are advised to purchase ticket (s) to attend the Mega Borneo Fest & Charity Dinner 2019 that will be announced thereafter to support the Organiser's effort to raise fund to build the Community, Health & Education Centre (CHEC) at Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. However, the top FIVE best timers for male and female category (Participants residing at Peninsular Malaysia only) will be required to attend the event to be presented with their medal, t-shirt and certificate on stage.
