In consideration of the Organiser accepting this entry and registration to participate in the above Run, I hereby waive and released any and all right or claims to damages I may against the Organisers holding this Run, their agents, representatives, successors, assigns, race sponsors for any and all injuries, death and invalidity I may sustain before, during, or after the course of the event or arising as a result of it. I hereby waive against all claims or damages that arise in consequence of the above.
1) Finishing Medals will be awarded to finisher of all categories within the stipulated cut-off time.
2) Entry fee is not refundable.
3) Eligibility : Open to all Malaysian & Foreign Visitors.
4) Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entries and bibs to another party unless and until agreed in writing by the organisers.
5) Participants are strictly not allowed to change race categories after registration are confirmed.
6) Winners Age Verification : The age of all winners will be verified. Kindly produce identification card or passports for verification purposes.
7) Refreshments : A light breakfast will be serve to all participants.
