By purchasing the ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provision as may be specified from time to time by Keis PLT (“Organizer”). The Organizer, their agents or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless caused by negligence of The Organizer or its agents and employees), loss damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason, including without limitation, cancellation or postponement of the event. Booking fees and handling fees shall not be refundable. Any refunds shall be made only at Organizer’s discretion.

Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:

• Once sale is completed, no refunds will be made except pursuant to event postponement or cancellation and at Organizer’s discretion. However, if the Ticket Holder are unable to attend the Workshop for any reason the Ticket Holder may email the Organizer at [email protected] to provide the Organizer with the name of a substitute to attend the Workshop on behalf and on receipt of this email the Organizer shall make such substitution and allow the substitute access to the Workshop.

• The workshop is only for parents/ adults only. No children are allowed in the event hall to ensure maximum learning experience for all participants.

• All payments for the workshop ticket must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form or prior to the date of the Workshop. The Organizer reserves the right to run price promotions as the Organizer thinks fit.

• The Organizer reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.

• Bonus free gifts are only available for the first 17 who registered and made full payment for the workshop prior to the date of the workshop according to our system.

• There is no cash alternative for the Bonus free gift. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel this bonus. 

• The Ticket Holder who purchased ticket for 2 pax with the price of RM33 is only entitled for 1 bonus free gift if the Ticket Holder is the first 17 who registered and made full payment for the workshop prior to the date of the workshop according to our system. 

• The Organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, audience capacity without prior notice.

• The Organizer may use the event photos or visual that may contains ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, picture, publicity material or website. 

• Audio or visual recordings of the event are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display.

• The Organizer may cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control. In such circumstances, the Organizer will provide the Ticket Holder with a refund and the Organizer will make very effort to provide the Ticket Holder with such refund within 60 days of the date of cancellation. The Organizer reserves the right to deduct administration and merchant fee charges on all refund from Ticket Holder regardless of the reason for the refund.

• There may be circumstances in which the Organizer need to postpone the Workshop or change the venue at which Workshop is to be held and if the Organizer do, the Organizer shall advise the Ticket Holder of this as soon as we possibly can. If the postponement is for more than 6 months after the published date of the Workshop or the replacement venue is more than 20km away from the publicised venue, the Ticket Holder may cancel the ticket by emailing us at [email protected] and the Organizer shall provide a full refund.

• The Organizer sole liability in relation to any cancellation, postponement or change of venue shall be limited to the price paid by the Ticket Holder for such Workshop and The Organizer shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.

• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.

• Malaysia law shall govern the sale of all tickets and Ticket Holder agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia court.
