Terms & Conditions  

1.            The Organizer has the right to amend the advertised programme, venue, arrangements and audience capacity at any time without prior notice to participants.

2.            NO REFUND for cancellation but, you may transfer your registration to another person. Delegates must inform the organizer in writing for replacement at least 1 week before the event.
