SHELL MALAYSIA MOTORCYCLE GRAND PRIX 2019
The Shell Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix 2019 returns on 1 to 3 November 2019, again as the penultimate race in the MotoGP calendar.
Race weekend will be bigger and better with more exciting action and activities to attract fans this year. Fans will witness history as the first Malaysian team debuts in all 3 categories of MotoGP this season with PETRONAS Yamaha Sepang Racing Team in MotoGP and Petronas Sprinta racing Team in both Moto2 and Moto3. South East Asian rider Hafizh Syahrin will continue racing in the MotoGP category while Khairul Idham Pawi moves to the new Moto2 team under PETRONAS Sprinta Racing Team.
With the event’s continuous sell out in recent years and crowd numbers breaking records year after year with the highest of 169,827 people attending in 2018, the Malaysia MotoGP looks set to be another hit this 2019.
TICKET BOOKING PROCESS
- Place Booking via Ticket2U.com.my (Authorized Agent) with full payment
- No cancellation is allowed once booking is confirmed and payment is made.
- Ticket will be prepared by Sepang Circuit after confirmation of seat availability
- Ticket can be collected or delivered
Note:
• All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
• Children below 2 years old may enter for FREE but no seat allocated. To have a seat, children must have accompanying tickets.
• Ticket access for Saturday and Sunday. Friday is free admission.
TICKET COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Delivery Method
Ticket courier services are provided, and there will be additional charges as per below. Courier services will closed 14 days before the event date to avoid any dispute or claimant of non-receivable and delivery tickets.
• International Delivery - MYR150.00/per address
• Local Delivery MYR55.00/per address
Box Office Ticket Collection
• ONLY the Buyer may collect the ticket(s).
• For 3rd party collection, an authorized letter from the Buyer is required together with a copy of the Buyer's Identification Card/Passport.
• Box Office ticket collection will commence one (1) month before the event at the Customer Service Centre OR Ticket Counter. Please bring along your credit card/Identification Card for verification purpose during collection of the tickets.

TICKET SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) All parking prices, add on items and ticket prices are inclusive of 6% of ST and 25% Entertainment Tax.
2) All item prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). USD or EURO rates will be based on current exchange rate.
3) Each ticket is valid for 3 days admission.
4) Children below 2 years old may enter for FREE but no seat will be allocated. To have a seat, the child must have
accompanying tickets.
5) Ticket cannot be refunded under any circumstances. And no cancellation is allowed once booking is confirmed and
payment is made. 100% of payment made will be forfeited. No refund after submission of signed booking form
6) Payment can be made via bank transfer and credit card.
7) Ticket courier services are provided, and there will be additional charges as per below. Courier services will be closed 14
