Terms and Conditions

The form on the reverse side of the Participant's race bib must be fully and accurately completed. Participants must attach the assigned bib on the front of their running attire. Participants not wearing a bib will not be allowed entry to the race route.

The race route will be closed to traffic for the duration of the race, up to three hours from the flag off. More details will be available on the official website.

Any Participant who commences before the actual start time of the race category for which he or she is registered will be disqualified. The start time for the respective race categories can be found on the official Facebook Page.

Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are not allowed on the race route.

Only official race and medical vehicles & stroller (baby) are allowed on the race route.

The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records (including those displaying the Participant) of the race, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.

The Organiser reserves the right to limit and/or refuse race entries without assigning any reason.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend the race routes as they deem fit for the safety of the Participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the day / date of the event. The Organiser, Partners or Sponsors shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.


CANCELLATION

After registration, there will be no fee refund for a Participant who does not eventually take part in the race, for any reason whatsoever.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the race at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case they will make reasonable effort to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. If the race is cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid. The Organiser, Partners or Sponsors shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.


AGE REQUIREMENTS

Any Participant below the age of 18 (at the date of the race) is required to seek parental or guardian consent and complete the relevant indemnity and declaration forms when registering, failing which the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to that Participant.


EVENT CATEGORY

Participants can choose to participate in the RACE 15.5 KM or FUN 5.5KM.

Kids aged 10 and below are only allowed to participate in the FUN 5.5KM, accompanied by at least 1 paying adult.

Kids below 5 year old do not need to register and pay. But if below 5 years old want to join, need to Register & make payment to get the runner's entitlement.

Participants without bibs or are not registered for the run will not be allowed entry to the race route. Kids without parents to accompany will run at their own risk and the Organiser will not be held liable for any injuries death or disputes arising from this matter.


ENTITLEMENTS

The Organiser reserves the right to change the entitlements to a comparable alternative should there be any unforeseen circumstances.

SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT CLEANLINESS

All participant are allowed to RUN or WALK. Always SAFETY FIRST especially DOWNHILL or RAINING. If any accident happen, SAFETY is your own responsibility. Do not feed or disturb any animals and cut any plant in the event route. Bring walking/hiking stick or umbrella for your walking aid or defensive tools. Please use garbage dump provided in the event area. Act on your own risk.


FINISHER MEDAL

- Only Paid Participants who successfully complete the race in his or her chosen race and fun category will be awarded a Finisher's Medal upon the presentation of his or her race bib to the respective officials.

- Each Successful Participant is allowed only one medal.

- All participants' Finisher's Medal is to be collected on the race day. No requests thereafter will be entertained.

- Medals are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subjected to the T&Cs as determined by the Organizer.

We actively organizing healthy event since September 2018. We hope all Malaysian will participate in all of our event.
