The scope and contents include but not limited to the following:

• Understand budget processes and budget preparation
• Define basic account and financial terminology
• Understand the source of obtaining relevant information for budget preparation
• Define and explain on the importance of margin analysis
• Explain on the importance of account and finance on the company operation
• Understand that account and finance department not a “budget restrainer”

The Approach
