5 KM FUN RUN
The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full. Entry forms will only be processed upon receipt of full payment of the entry fee.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview any applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
For participants below the age of 12 years old, they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian along the route. Any exceptions to this must be authorised by the Organizer.
CANCELLATION
After registration, there will be no fee refund for a Participant who does not eventually take part in the race, for any reason whatsoever. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the race at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case they will make reasonable effort to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. If the race is cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid. The Organizer, Partners or Sponsors shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.
ENTITLEMENTS
Images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the entitlements. Actual products may vary in terms of color, size, specification or weight and are subject to change or enhancement without any prior notice. The Organizer reserves the right to change the entitlements to a comparable alternative should there be any unforeseen circumstances.
FINISHER MEDAL
All Participants who successfully complete the run will be awarded a Finisher's Medal upon the completion of the run. Each Participant is allowed only one medal. All Participants' Finisher's Medal is to be collected on the day of the run itself. No requests thereafter will be entertained. Medals are not transferable or exchangeable for cash and are subjected to the T&Cs as determined by the Organizer.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each Participant must ensure his/her health condition, is fit before participating and during the race. Each Participant shall be responsible for his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race.
The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event.
The organizer and its agents will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue. Participants are advised to follow the instructions given by traffic personnel for proper parking. The organizer and its agent will not be held responsible due to losses suffered in the event of break ins or vandalism to the vehicles of participants. Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants when parking their vehicles.
MEDIA
The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records (including those displaying the Participant) of the race, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising.
