PUMA presents ‘HOUSE OF HUSTLE’, the first of its kind performance event. Housing a combination of popular sports such as 3 on 3 futsal, 3 on 3 basketball and a range of diverse fitness activities under one roof, this sports event promises participants an exciting yet challenging journey of fitness, fun and leisure.

PUMA House of Hustle Event - General & Training
Please read all the terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully. Each individual who registers to participate in the “PUMA House of Hustle Event” ("the Event") (and, where applicable, in the case of a participant below the age of 18 years as at the date of registration, the participant's parent, guardian or legal representative) ("Participant") declares and acknowledges to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms below and undertakes to comply with and be bound by the same.
The Event is organised by PUMA Sports Goods Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”) in accordance with the Terms that are applicable to all Participants.

Tickets: 

  • 6% handling fee is already included in price of ticket. 
  • All bookings (including tickets) are non-refundable.
  • Please present your e-ticket with QR code during check-in.
  • By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.


  1. I, including on behalf of other participants that I am helping to register for this Event ("We"), acknowledge that by signing below, that I/we am legally agreeing to the statements in the following Release and Waiver of Liability, and Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement.

  2. I hereby acknowledge and assume all of the risks of participating in this Event. I understand and acknowledge that there may be risks in the Event’s classes and tournaments attended, and I assume the risk of participating under these circumstances. I also assume any and all other risks associated with participating in this Event, including but not limited to the following: falls, dangers of collisions with other Participants, and fixed objects; the dangers arising from surface hazards, equipment failure, inadequate safety equipment; and hazard that may be posed by spectators or volunteers; and weather. I further acknowledge that these risks include risks that may be the result of negligent acts, omissions, and/or carelessness of the Event Organiser. I understand that I will be participating in the Event at my own risk and that I am responsible for the risk of participation in the Event.

  3. I waive, release and forever discharge the Organiser, Event vendors, Event sponsors, Event promoters, Event officials, Event staff, advertisers, property owners, volunteers, administrators, contractors, vendors, volunteers, all other persons or entities involved with the Event ("Related Parties"), from any and all claims, liabilities of every kind, demands, damages (including direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential), losses (economic and non-economic), and causes of action, of any kind or any nature. I am aware that by virtue of being the Event owner, the Organiser may use services of third parties.

  4. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Organiser and Related Parties from any and all expenses incurred, claims made by me or my representatives on my behalf, for liabilities assessed against the Organiser and Related Parties, my breach or failure to abide by any part of this Agreement, my breach or failure to abide by any of the Event rules and information, and/or my actions or inactions which cause injury or damage to any other person.

  5. I acknowledge and agree that the Organiser, in its sole discretion, may delay or cancel the Event if it believes the conditions on the Event day are unsafe. In the event the Event is delayed or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God or the elements (including without limitation, wind, rain), public disaster, flood, venue conditions, or any other cause beyond the control of the Organiser there shall be no refund of the participation fee or any other costs incurred in connection with the Event. I am aware that each Participant is strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entries to another party or change the Event categories after his/her registration is confirmed.

  6. I understand that the Organiser reserves the right, in its sole and complete discretion, to deny entry, revoke the entry application of any Participant at any time, and/or to disqualify any Participant from the Event. I, being a Participant, hereby expressly waive any claim for damages arising from the denial or revocation of an entry application.

  7. A legal guardian who signs this Agreement on behalf of a minor (age 17 and below) hereby acknowledges that he or she has the legal capacity and authority to act on behalf of the minor and to legally bind the minor to this Agreement.

  8. I acknowledge that safety precautions undertaken by the Organiser (such as class or tournaments supervision, event rules and class or tournament briefings) are a service to me and other Participants but are not a guarantee of safety. I accept that I have an important responsibility to carefully read and listen to all class or tournaments briefings and to immediately seek clarification on anything which is not entirely clear to me.

  9. I understand that I am fully responsible for the security of my personal possessions at the Event.

  10. If I am aged under 18 years, I will have these Terms viewed and signed by my legal guardian (on physical forms) or agreed (through the online entry process) in order for me to compete in the Event, and that my legal guardian will be responsible for my safety during the Event.

  11. I hereby grant to the Organiser the right, permission, and authority to use my name, image, voice, and/or likeness, without compensation, captured during the Event, for any purpose whatsoever.

  12. I hereby grant my consent to the Organiser and Related Parties to collect, process, organise and retain my personal data  (“Personal Data”) which shall be used by the Event Organiser and/or Event vendors and sponsors for the purpose of:
    i.marketing – sending communication materials to me, including but not limited to, direct mailers, emails, short messaging service and/or telephone calls;
    ii.statistical analysis for planning and improvement of the Event; and
    iii.I agree to accept promotional materials/items from the Organiser whether in relation to the Event or otherwise.

  13. I am aware and hereby agree that the Organiser may disclose or release my Personal Data to a third party, if the Organiser reasonably believes that it is necessary, desirable or required to do so by applicable law or governmental regulation or by any competent body or authority, or by legal process, or to respond to any claim, or to protect the rights, interest or property of the Organiser or others. I am aware that I can opt out at any time by emailing to [email protected]


3-ON-3 FUTSAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Players Registration 

All players on a team must be registered on the teams’ registration form before the tournament starts.  Any teams or players that are found to have falsified their age or skill level will be eliminated from the tournament. All players must carry documents that can prove their age, ie: Identification Card (IC), Identity Document (ID), Student card, passport, etc. 

*Futsal tournament is only open for Malaysian citizen. 


  • Schedule

The schedule of the matches will be finalized upon the completion of the team’s first match.


  • Number of players per team

Teams are only allowed up to 4 players per team; with only 3 players on the field at a time. Teams playing with more than 4 players during the event will be disqualified. Substitutes can only be made during dead ball situation (out-of-play, a set-piece & etc). Players are required to seek referee’s attention before entering/exiting the field via the half field line.  


  • Gender 

There is only a male category for futsal. However, females will be allowed be play in the male category as long as they are registered before the tournament commence. 


  • Outfit/ Kit 

All players are required to wear boots, shin guards and long socks during games. Any player without the required items will be ban from playing. 


  • Field Measurements 

Length X Width

16M X 12M  


  • Match duration 

A match will consist of two 5-minutes halves with a 1-minute break interval in the middle of the match.  Pool games tied after regulation play will end as a tie. 


  • Play-offs Tie

In the event of a tie during the play-offs, the “Golden Ball” (whoever scores the next goal wins) rule will be applied. This will last for 3 minutes after regular playing time. If the match is still tied, the winner will be decided via a penalty shootout (3 players from each team).


  • Goals 

Goals will only be counted if it is scored with a touch in the offensive half of the playing field. 


  • Points system (For Pool Play)

Win: 3 Points 

Draw: 1 Point 

Loss: 0 Points 


  • Tiebreakers (For Pool Play)


Ties will be broken by:


  1. Head to Head results between the tied teams
  2. Goal Differences 
  3. Goals Conceded 
  4. Goals Scored
  5. Coin Toss 


IN-MATCH RULES

1. Tackles & Offside <Important!>

  • Tackles: Sliding tackle is not allowed unless utilized to keep the ball in play. 
  • Offside rule is non-applicable in futsal 


2. Goal Area (box in front of Goal Post) 

  • Box dimensions: 1 meter by 1 meters (Breadth by Width) 
  • Players cannot touch/hold the ball within the box. However, players can move through the box without the ball. Any part of the ball or players’ body on the line is considered as in the box.
  • Violation of the rule occurs when: 
  • A defensive player touches/blocks the ball in the box; a penalty kick will be awarded to the offensive team.
  • An offensive player touches/ shoots the ball in the box; a goal kick will be awarded to the defensive team 


Note!!: Multiple violations of the rule will result in a yellow card being given to the offending player. 


  • If the ball stops within the box, a goal kick will be awarded to the defensive team.


3. Three-meters rule (only applies during dead ball situations) 

  • This rule states that all defending players must stand at least three meters (about 3 arms’ length) away from the ball. 


  • If the defensive team’s goal area is less than 3 meters from the area that the foul was committed, ball will then be placed 3 meters from the goal area in line to the penalty spot. 


4. Kick-Ins (replaces throw-ins) 

  • Occurs when ball goes out of play near the sidelines. 
  • Team awarded with kick-in to continue play from the sideline 


5. Goal Kicks

  • May be taken from any point of the end line.
  • Cannot be taken within the goal area


6. Kick Off

  • Ball to be on the center of the half-field line 
  • Can be taken in any direction 


7. Penalty Kicks

  • Will be awarded according to the referee’s opinion on the infraction/ foul committed. 
  • The kick will be taken from the center point of the field with all the other players behind the half-field line. In the event a goal is not scored, the defensive team will be awarded a goal kick. 
  • Referees will have the final call on the penalties. Contesting the decision will not be allowed. 


8. Player suspension/warning 

  • Referees have the full authority to eject a player from the match if:
  • Continual disobedience 
  • Rough tackles/ play 
  • Any incidents that warrants a sending off
  • Yellow cards:  A warning to players to be cautious of their actions on the pitch 
  • Red cards: Player will be ejected from the current match and will not be allowed to play in the next match. 
  • Tournament director have the right to eject a player/team for the rest of the tournament.


9. Forfeits/ absence 

  • A forfeit will be recorded as a 0-5 loss for the offending team
  • Absence will result in a walkover (will also be recorded as a 0-5 loss) 


10. Sportsmanship 

  • All participants (including coaches and spectators) are always expected to display good sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Abuse against referees or any players will not be tolerated. 


NOTE!

  • Situations that causes the rules to be non-applicable will be decided by the tournament director. 
  • Tournament director will have the final say in all decisions. 



3-ON-3 BASKETBALL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. All players are to have covered footwear (no slipper, sandals or crocs allowed) 
  2. Shooting sleeves, knee guards and other forms of guards are allowed 


  • Points System 
    • Win: 2 Points 
    • Loss: 1 Point


  • Tiebreakers (For Pool Play)


Ties will be broken by:

  1. Result of head to head competition
  2. Highest points difference; only games in which the tied teams played against each other. Forfeits (a 10-0 Loss) will be considered as part of this tie breaker. 
  3. Points Difference. This is like tiebreaker 2 but will consider all of the games a team played in the competition.  
  4. Coin Toss


  • Forfeits*

A forfeit will be recorded as a 10-0 Loss to the team 


IN-MATCH RULES

1. Scoring

  • 1 basket = 1 point 
  • This will include free-throws as well


2. Starting the match 

  • A coin toss will be utilized
  • This will determine the team that will get the ball first; Team with ball will start the match


3. Checking 

  • The rule states that the ball must be “checked” with the opposition before putting it into play; a pass back & forth with opposition. 
  • Check-in must be done behind the designated lines; Do not check on out of bounds lines. 
  • Defensive player must remain behind the designated line until the ball is “checked” and put into play. 
  • After “checking” the ball, offensive player with ball can pass or attempt any shots.


4. Out of bounds 

  • If the ball goes out of bounds, player must put it back into play at the designated line.


5. Change of Possession

  • The ball will be given to the opposition when a basket is scored; this includes free-throws as well


6. Free Throw 

  • Basketball referees will call fouls for all games. A made basket shall not count when an offensive foul occurs. If the fouled player is in the "act of shooting" and the shot is missed, that player will be awarded 1 free throw. If the point try is made, the fouled player will also receive 1 free throw. 
  • Any team are accumulative more than 3 team fouls, all non-shooting fouls and shooting fouls, the fouled player will receive 1 free throw.
  • During a free throw, all players must stand behind the free throw line. An opposing player that intentionally disrupts the shooter's unhindered throw, which is missed, entitles the shooter to another free throw. A change of possession will result following the last of any free throws, regardless of whether the last free throw is made or missed. 


7. Substitution 

  • Teams can only make player substitutions at half time
  • Teams are required to inform the referee of any squad changes before the match is restarted


8. Sportsmanship 

  • All participants (Players, coaches & spectators) are expected to display good sportsmanship throughout the tournament.Abuse against referees or any players will not be tolerated 
  • Violation of the rule will result in the team responsible for the act to be disqualified from the tournament

NOTE!

  • Situations that causes the rules to be non-applicable will be decided by the tournament director. 
  • Tournament director will have the final say in all decisions.

  • A defensive player touches/blocks the ball in the box; a penalty kick will be awarded to the offensive team.
  • An offensive player touches/ shoots the ball in the box; a goal kick will be awarded to the defensive team 


Note!!: Multiple violations of the rule will result in a yellow card being given to the offending player. 


  • If the ball stops within the box, a goal kick will be awarded to the defensive team.


3. Three-meters rule (only applies during dead ball situations) 

  • This rule states that all defending players must stand at least three meters (about 3 arms’ length) away from the ball. 


  • If the defensive team’s goal area is less than 3 meters from the area that the foul was committed, ball will then be placed 3 meters from the goal area in line to the penalty spot. 


4. Kick-Ins (replaces throw-ins) 

  • Occurs when ball goes out of play near the sidelines. 
  • Team awarded with kick-in to continue play from the sideline 


5. Goal Kicks

  • May be taken from any point of the end line.
  • Cannot be taken within the goal area


6. Kick Off

  • Ball to be on the center of the half-field line 
  • Can be taken in any direction 


7. Penalty Kicks

  • Will be awarded according to the referee’s opinion on the infraction/ foul committed. 
  • The kick will be taken from the center point of the field with all the other players behind the half-field line. In the event a goal is not scored, the defensive team will be awarded a goal kick. 
  • Referees will have the final call on the penalties. Contesting the decision will not be allowed. 


8. Player suspension/warning 

  • Referees have the full authority to eject a player from the match if:
  • Continual disobedience 
  • Rough tackles/ play 
  • Any incidents that warrants a sending off
  • Yellow cards:  A warning to players to be cautious of their actions on the pitch 
  • Red cards: Player will be ejected from the current match and will not be allowed to play in the next match. 
  • Tournament director have the right to eject a player/team for the rest of the tournament.


9. Forfeits/ absence 

  • A forfeit will be recorded as a 0-5 loss for the offending team
  • Absence will result in a walkover (will also be recorded as a 0-5 loss) 


10. Sportsmanship 

  • All participants (including coaches and spectators) are always expected to display good sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Abuse against referees or any players will not be tolerated. 


NOTE!

  • Situations that causes the rules to be non-applicable will be decided by the tournament director. 
  • Tournament director will have the final say in all decisions. 



3-ON-3 BASKETBALL RULES AND REGULATIONS


  • Players Registration 

All players on a team must be registered on the teams’ registration form before the tournament starts.  Any teams or players that are found to have falsified their age or skill level will be eliminated from the tournament. All players must carry documents that can prove their age, ie: Identification Card (IC), Identity Document (ID), Student card, passport, etc.

*Basketball tournament is only open for Malaysian citizen.


  • Schedule

The schedule of the matches will be finalized upon the completion of the team’s first match.


  • Number of players per team 

Teams are only allowed up to 4 players per team; with only 3 players on the field at a time. Teams playing with more than 4 players during the event will be disqualified. Substitutes can only be made during dead ball situation (out-of-play, a set-piece & etc). Players are required to seek referee’s attention before entering/exiting the field via the half field line.  


  • Gender 

There is only a male category for basketball. However, females will be allowed be play in the male category as long as they are registered before the tournament commence.


  • Outfit/ Kit 
  1. All players are to have covered footwear (no slipper, sandals or crocs allowed) 
  2. Shooting sleeves, knee guards and other forms of guards are allowed 


  • Points System 
    • Win: 2 Points 
    • Loss: 1 Point


  • Tiebreakers (For Pool Play)


Ties will be broken by:

  1. Result of head to head competition
  2. Highest points difference; only games in which the tied teams played against each other. Forfeits (a 10-0 Loss) will be considered as part of this tie breaker. 
  3. Points Difference. This is like tiebreaker 2 but will consider all of the games a team played in the competition.  
  4. Coin Toss


  • Forfeits*

A forfeit will be recorded as a 10-0 Loss to the team 


IN-MATCH RULES

1. Scoring

  • 1 basket = 1 point 
  • This will include free-throws as well


2. Starting the match 

  • A coin toss will be utilized
  • This will determine the team that will get the ball first; Team with ball will start the match


3. Checking 

  • The rule states that the ball must be “checked” with the opposition before putting it into play; a pass back & forth with opposition. 
  • Check-in must be done behind the designated lines; Do not check on out of bounds lines. 
  • Defensive player must remain behind the designated line until the ball is “checked” and put into play. 
  • After “checking” the ball, offensive player with ball can pass or attempt any shots.


4. Out of bounds 

  • If the ball goes out of bounds, player must put it back into play at the designated line.


5. Change of Possession

  • The ball will be given to the opposition when a basket is scored; this includes free-throws as well


6. Free Throw 

  • Basketball referees will call fouls for all games. A made basket shall not count when an offensive foul occurs. If the fouled player is in the "act of shooting" and the shot is missed, that player will be awarded 1 free throw. If the point try is made, the fouled player will also receive 1 free throw. 
  • Any team are accumulative more than 3 team fouls, all non-shooting fouls and shooting fouls, the fouled player will receive 1 free throw.
  • During a free throw, all players must stand behind the free throw line. An opposing player that intentionally disrupts the shooter's unhindered throw, which is missed, entitles the shooter to another free throw. A change of possession will result following the last of any free throws, regardless of whether the last free throw is made or missed. 


7. Substitution 

  • Teams can only make player substitutions at half time
  • Teams are required to inform the referee of any squad changes before the match is restarted


8. Sportsmanship 

  • All participants (Players, coaches & spectators) are expected to display good sportsmanship throughout the tournament.Abuse against referees or any players will not be tolerated 
  • Violation of the rule will result in the team responsible for the act to be disqualified from the tournament
