TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terma & Syarat

  1. This membership is open to all residents of Malaysia inclusive of i-Kad holders aged 3 to 17 years old only.
    Kad keahlian ini terbuka kepada semua penduduk Malaysia  termasuk pemegang i-Kad yang berusia 3 hingga 17 tahun sahaja.
  2. Membership is required to pay an application fee of RM25.00 only.
    Penyertaan keahlian dikenakan bayaran sebanyak RM25.00 sahaja.
  3. Members must be accompanied at least by one paying adult during each visit.
    Setiap ahli mesti ditemani oleh seorang dewasa berbayar pada setiap lawatan.
  4. The membership card is non-transferable and members must bring along their IC card when purchasing the tickets.
    Kad keahlian tidak boleh ditukar milik dan ahli mesti membawa kad pengenalan semasa membeli tiket.
  5. This privilege is valid for one (1) year. Membership must be renewed annually in order to receive the same offered privileges.
    Tempoh keahlian adalah selama satu (1) tahun. Keahlian mesti diperbaharui setiap tahun bagi menerima faedah yang sama.
  6. A replacement fee of RM10.00 applies for lost cards.
    Bayaran denda sebanyak RM10.00 dikenakan kepada kad yang hilang.
  7. This privilege is subject to discretion of Zoo Negara Malaysia's Management.
    Sebarang perubahan dan pindaan adalah tertakluk kepada pihak Pengurusan Zoo Negara Malaysia.

  1. Unlimited pass of visit within a year during the membership period.
    Tiada sebarang jumlah had lawatan pada setiap tahun sepanjang tempoh keahlian.
  2. Discounted price will be given for every purchase of items at selective kiosk in the Zoo Negara's compound. Terms and conditions apply. Diskaun harga diberikan untuk setiap pembelian barangan di kiosk pilihan dalam premis Zoo Negara. Tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat. 
  3. Parents of ZooKu card members are entitled to a 25% discount from the normal entrance rate to Zoo Negara.
    Ibu bapa ahli kad ZooKu layak memperolehi diskaun pembelian tiket sebanyak 25% daripada kadar harga biasa untuk kemasukan ke     Zoo Negara.

Over the years, the zoo has transformed itself to an open concept zoo with over 90% of its animals being kept in spacious exhibits with landscape befitting its nature. We are working in making sure that the old zoo concept is changed entirely.
