The #mydigitalmaker Fair is the nation’s annual premier digital tech education event, spearheading our future generation towards a digital-ready workforce and society. The brainchild of the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), the 3rd edition of the #mydigitalmaker Fair continues to advocate several objectives such as: -

  • to celebrate digital creativity and innovation of students nationwide
  • to improve educator capacity building through reskilling in teaching and learning
  • to increase STEM uptake amongst students
  • to bring awareness to parents on future career opportunities driven by IR 4.0
  • to funnel tech talents who are ready for the workforce


The Fair is a 2-day event that comprises exhibitions, workshops, competitions and talks by industry Subject Matter Experts. The Fair guarantees to keep the young and old fascinated with the many showcases of the latest in the world of digital tech and through highly immersive and entertaining hands-on activities.

General Sales Conditions 

  1. All adults and children aged 7 and above must have a ticket for admission. No admission for child aged below 7 years old unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 years old and above.
  2. Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on infants in arms, children without tickets or any minimum children admission age.
  3. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price is valid for both days of the event.
  4. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to TEN (10) tickets per transaction. Multiple transactions can be made. 
  5. Organizer ground floor staff or any authorized personnel reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Organizer ground floor staff reserves the absolute right to refuse entry.
  6. The purchaser must be able to show, for entry purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online.  
  7. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse entry. 
  8. The ticket holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been purchased the tickets online. 
  9. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 
  10. Organizer will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. 
  11. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket. 
  12. Information is collected from those registering with the Organizer in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  13. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission
    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
    • Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
  14. Postponement, Cancellations and Refunds
    • Organizer does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below. 
    • If the event is postponed or cancelled, a notice will be posted on the event page and email to purchaser. The Notice shall advise the procedures for requesting a refund and the period of time within which the purchaser could request a refund. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall also be no refund for Processing Fee (RM2.00). 
    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
    • Refund will not be entertained if a request for refund is made after the given period from the date of the Notice. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at Organizer sole discretion.
    • The purchaser must attend and present a valid, printed tickets in order to claim refunds. 
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control. 
    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 
    • Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
  15. Consent
    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
  16. Assumption of Risk
    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  17. Changes to Event
    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any contents, program and activities and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 
    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
  18. Amendments
    • Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
