Finishers Medal

Medals: Each participant that successfully completes the 5 km run will receive a crafted finishers medal specially designed by Bostami Ahmad, founder of Artwist.co

Terms and Conditions of the 5KM Venus Virtual Run

• VENUS VIRTUAL RUN 2019 is organised by AstroX and it is open to everyone who has a valid address to send the medal to.
• Participants can run from 15th JULY 2019 their registration date until 15th AUGUST 2019 to complete the 5km run, where participants can split the distance to as many times as they wish, but if there are more than 10 pictures, they are required to combine them to fit into 10 uploads.
• Entries are non-transferable.
• The medal's colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subject to change without notice.
• Submission of results must be submitted anytime from 15th JULY 2019 until 15th AUGUST 2019. If participants are unable to submit the result before the 15th AUGUST 2019, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled for the medals. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medals.
• Once participants registration is done, there will be NO refund even if participants are not able to complete the 5km run due to whatever reasons.
• Participants must be certified fit to participate in this event. The organiser AstroX shall not be liable for any accident, injuries or mishap that happen in participating the event.
• All payments are to be collected in Ringgit Malaysia and it is based on the current conversion rate of the day. The conversion rate is subject to currency fluctuation.
• Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about the Participants. The Organiser may contact the Participants time by e-mail or text message. Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organiser shall consider as received by the Participants. If the Participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, or the Organiser has rights to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participants’ registration and fees will not be refund.
• If there is a returned of parcel during delivery of the rewards due to whatever reason. Upon request, we will arrange to resend the medal, but the delivery charges will be borne by the participants.
• Any address changes after registration will incurred additional charges.
• The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participant), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Organiser.
• The organiser has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at anytime at its sole discretion without any prior notice. 
• For Participants with a valid address in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), there will be additional charges of RM 5.00 for postage of medal. For Participants with a valid address in other countries besides Malaysia, there will be additional charges of RM 15.00 for postage of the medal. (Additional charges are included during the registration process).

Tracking Your Run

• Upon registration, participants will need to run the 5km distance in a location and time of their choice, alone or with friends, outdoors or on a treadmill anytime from their registration date until 15th AUGUST 2019. 
• After the run, a screenshot of the run results must be sent for submission. (It should contain the distance, timing and date of the run).
• Submission of run results are to be made via the "Virtual Run Result Upload" section at the bottom of this event page. 
• "Venus Run Medal" delivery will commence two weeks after the final closing date of the result (15th AUGUST 2019).

Optional: Instagram Competition

• To take part in our Instagram competition, each participant may post their run picture on Instagram. 
• Please tag and follow our account @venusrun2020 and hashtag #venusvirtualrun on your picture for verification. (See example above and of #venusvirtualrun)
• The best 10 pictures on Instagram will stand a chance to win our exclusive Venus Run Pink T-shirt subject to availability of size.
• Instagram winners will be contacted through direct messaging on the Instagram platform.
• "Venus Run Medal and Venus Run T-shirt" delivery will commence two weeks after the final closing date of the result (15th AUGUST 2019) for the 10 contest winners.
