Message from the event organiser, Bukhari Mukmin Solution :- Dear Runners, We enjoyed an excellent response from ‘DragonBall Super Virtual Run 2019’ run program which are on progress as scheduled from 25th September 2019 to 3rd November 2019. As we prepared for this virtual run program for quite a long time for the runners, we were excited about your participant in this program including in lucky draw gift preparation and a unique medal making by our team. However we are struggling with the technical problem regarding the medal production issue. On top of that, we want to keep away for  the delay of the medal delivery issue to the runners as of the medal supplier unable to full-dress the medal production on the deadline given. Perhaps in the future we will be able to overcome the challenges and will do more preparation for a better outcome. Apart from that, we have represented ticket2u.com to arrange all refund process with the full amount paid towards all the runners. Again we are deeply sorry about not being able to execute the ‘DragonBall Super Virtual Run 2019’ or (and) any unfulfilled expectations that this may cause at the moment. Please bear with us for the upcoming virtual run program ! Thank you. Kami telah memperuntukan masa yang panjang dan optimum dalam mempersiapkan program larian termasuk mempersiapkan acara dan menyediakan hadiah cabutan bertuah. Walaupun begitu, terdapat beberapa masaalah teknikal yang tidak dapat dielakkan daripada pihak pengeluar dan pembuatan pingat. Selain itu adalah kerana, kami ingin mengelak kan daripada isu pertangguhan pengeposan pingat yang bakal dihadapi kepada peserta larian yang telah terlibat. Hal ini adalah kerana pengeluar pingat juga tidak berupaya untuk mempersiapkan pingat dalam tempoh masa seperti yang telah di bincangkan. Kami memohon maaf dan berjanji agar hal ini akan diperbaiki dan tidak akan berulang pada program larian yang akan datang. Dalam pada itu, kami telah mewakilkan ticket2u.com untuk membuat pemulangan bayaran balik secara penuh kepada semua peserta larian yang telah terlibat. Selagi lagi kami memohon maaf kerana tidak dapat meneruskan program larian ‘DragonBall Super Virtual Run 2019’ pada kali ini atas sebab hal yang tidak dapat dielak kan.  Segala kesulitan amatlah dikesali. Terms & Condition of virtual run

1. DragonBall Super Virtual Run 2019 is open to all Malaysians and Non-Malaysians (international)

2. Ticket purchased cannot be transferred and strictly not refundable. 

3. Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the information and the reward without notification. 

4. Screenshot/photo of running apps, treadmill or GPS running watch can be used as proof of running. The screenshot/photo must contain the distance, date and time. 

5. The distance can be achieved in one run or multiple runs. Combined runs are accepted.  
6. Any late submission after the said date would not be entertained. Hence, the entitlements are deemed to be forfeited.
7. "No completion, no finisher entitlement" policy. The race is based on honest system the organizer will do periodic checks on the submissions. Account may be suspended if fraudulent results are found.
8. Return/Exchange of entitlements can be arranged under the following reasons:
   •If the entitlements delivered are in damaged condition; or
   • If the entitlements delivered to the wrong participant

9. Participants will have to bear the additional cost on re-delivery of entitlements.

10. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of the event’s rules and regulations from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organizer shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, the Organizer will take into account the interests of all the affected participants.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising.

12. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof

Terms & Condition for Lucky Draw

1. The Lucky Draw contest are open to Malaysian citizenship & and Non-Malaysian citizenship. (International)
2. The first and earliest of 600 runners whom are registered and participated in Dragonball Super Virtual Run are eligible to enter the lucky draw contest
3. Total sold tickets must be above 350  for the lucky draw to initiate. If the total ticket sold is below 350 the lucky draw contest will not initiate.
4. Closing date for registration on 3rd November  2019. Registration after this date will not be accepted.
5. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize regardless of how many times their lucky draw are picked (in different website platform)
6. Lucky draw winner have a chance to choose 1 (one) category of prize selected by The Organizer. For example, runner are picked from Lucky Draw are won for Nike runner Shoes. Runner can choose the type & color of shoes based as shown on the poster.
7. One (1) Lucky  Winner will picked randomly by Organizer
8. Runner he/she have to upload the results and proof of their running on  ticket2u.com.my website . Otherwise runner are not eligible for lucky draw contest & prize
9. The Organizer will contact the Winners via phone within five (5) days of working day after the conduct & winner announcement of the Lucky Draw
10. The prizes are not transferable, refundable exchangeable for cash or any other items.
11. Lucky Draw Winner will have to bear the cost of prize.
    Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by The Organizer for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law
12. The Organizer shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any cause whatsoever beyond The organizer reasonable control or any malfunctioning, defect, failure, any loss of the use of any prize.
13. Lucky Draw Winner will be announce on ticket2u.com.my website.
