For runners perform more than 1 time to accumulate total run distance, please submit all your results in one submission form.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Harmoni Charity Virtual Run 2020  ['Event'] is organised by Pertubuhan Pendidikan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Harmoni, Cheras['the Organiser'] and is open to anyone. Each Participant attends the session at his/her free will.
2. Participants below the age of 18 are required to obtain the consent of their parents/guardians before signing up for this Event.
3. Participants must be certified fit to participate in this Event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any accident or mishap which arises as a result of non-disclosure of medical conditions by the Participants.
4. Participants are allowed to use any running apps/gadget to track your running progress. Note: Pedometers are not allowed.
5. Participants are required to complete the run distance according to its category in 1 to 3 times,  participants are allowed to accumulate their run results, with no minimum distance each run.For runners perform more than 1 time to accumulate total run distance, the results are to be submitted in one submission form.
6. Participants agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participants. The Organiser may contact the Participants from time to time by email or telephone number registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the participants.  if necessary, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the participants' registration and refuse any and all current or furture use of the Event's Ofificial Website ( or any parts therefore).
7. Once Participants' registration has been duly processed, there will be NO refund for Participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason.
8. All entitlement’s colour, design and material are subject to change at the decision of organizer.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to change or to cancel the Event at any time or unforeseen circumstances without prior to participants, in which case the Organiser will make effort to inform the Participants prior to the date. If the Event has to be cancelled, there shall be NO refund of fees and the Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. Any updates on the Event including any changes to the Rules & Regulations will be posted on the Event's Official Website. It is the responsibility of the Participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes.
10. Participants must take precaution at all times to stay away from activities/deeds that may be deemed unfit for the safety of the Participants to prevent any potential hazards.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to use any photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including posting of activities in the social media of organiser.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations at any time, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice.

规则与条例

1. Harmoni Charity Virtual Run 2020 义跑活动是由蕉赖十一哩信义特殊儿童园地为主办方，此活动开放给公众人士自由参与。
2. 18岁以下的参加者须取得父母/监护人同意以参加此义跑活动。
3. 参加者须确保健康情况良好以适合参与此义跑活动并承担自身安全，任何意外和受伤主办方将一概不负责。
4. 参加者可选用任何跑步软件/数码产品作为记录跑程的工具（备注：脚步计数器不被接纳采用）
5. 参加者可选择每次的路程长短以不超过三次完成所参与的路程总数。选择超过一次完成全程的义跑者须将个别的累积成绩一次性填写及呈交表格。
6. 参加者所提供的个人资料必须是正确完整的，主办方将通过参加者提供的电邮或短讯传送相关信息。参加者若提供任何不属实的资料，主办方有权取消或拒绝任何参与者的报名或使用此活动的官方网站。
7. 无论基于任何理由而无法参加此活动者，报名费将一律不被退还。
8. 主办方有权更改所有选手包与赠品的内容
9. 主办方在未可知的因素下有权更改或取消此活动。所有最新消息将经由官方网站公布，参加者须自行跟进，主办方将不为其损失负责。
10. 参加者须采取个人措施确保安全以避免引发任何潜在的危机。
11. 主办方将保留此活动照片及录影或其他记录，作为官方宣传或有关事项。
12. 主办方可在未经参加者同意下随时更改此活动规则与条例。
