Event Update: 10 August 2020 Event Update: 10th APRIL 2020 To whom it may concern, STORM SWEAT RUN X NEON 2020 RACE KITS COLLECTION   Due to the Movement Control Order (MCO) that has been extended until 28 April 2020, we have made the decision to postpone the date of Race Kits Collection for Storm Sweat Run X Neon 2020 that was scheduled on 17 & 18 April 2020. We are concerned about this order and also everyone’s safety. Therefore, we decided to postpone the date of race kits collection to another date that will be announced soon.   Please note that the entry fees will not be refunded. We have followed all the terms and conditions in placed. We put the participants’ safety as the utmost priority by preparing enough quantity of hand sanitizer at the collection venue. We urge everyone to stay hydrated, wash hands frequently, wear face mask and use hand sanitizer when needed. We are truly apologise for the inconvenience and highly appreciate your support. Event Description

Storm Sweat Run X Neon is a 5 kilometer night fun run fully organized by the students of Tenth College, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). 

We introduce Storm Sweat Run X Neon to raise fund for World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Malaysia, to spread the awareness about the nature and to call attention to climate change since the date of the run is the same as the date of Earth Hour 2020. For your information, this event is the Third Edition of Storm Sweat Run and this year we bring to you the Neon Edition. We will provide a platform for an exciting participation and enjoyable night. There also Neon Festival right after the night fun run which include some extraordinary performances.

"Storm Sweat Run X Neon 2020" Terms and Conditions

• “Storm Sweat Run X Neon 2020” the event is organized by College Representative Council (Majlis Perwakilan Kolej), Sports Secretariat of Tenth College, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
• Registration of the “Storm Sweat Run X Neon” is possible only through the online registration platform available on the official event’s website, or by any alternative way indicated by the Organizing Committee.
• Completion of the official entry form including online registration, confirms the participants’ agreement to abide by all events’ Rules and Regulation. Registration of participants in the race day is only confirmed upon successful completion of the race form, entry fee payment.
• Participants must complete their registration with accurate and current information.
• The event is open to all Malaysians and foreigners who are currently studying or working and staying in Malaysia.
• This is a non-competitive event and there are no prizes for top finishers. 
• The participant is strictly not allowed to transfer the race entry to third party or change the race category after the registration is confirmed.
• The participant aged 18 and below on the event date must be registered with parents or legal guardians consent. Parents or legal guardians that register for the participant aged 18 and below are deemed aware of the terms and conditions and have fully accepted them. 
• The participants are welcomed to bring along their kids during the night fun run but the safety of their kids are not on the organizer’s supervision. The race kit for the kids are not provided.
• The organizers will not be held liable for any additional interest or fees charged by the participant’s bank or credit card during the purchase of registration.
• The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event at any time without prior notice to the participants, in which case the organizers will make effort to inform the participants prior to the date of the event. The participant who is unable to attend on the revised date, he/she has two weeks to inform the event organizers in writing from when the change in date is announced to receive a refund of their Entry Fee.
• The Organizers reserves the right to amend the Event format in their sole discretion or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (heavy rain, thunderstorm or extreme weather condition). Keep on after delay, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race without any refund.
• The Organizers reserve the right to use any photography motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the event taken before, during, after the events, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to Sponsors.
• The Organizers reserve the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations of the event as they deem fit.Any updates on the Rules and Regulations of the Event will be notified on the official Event’s website and it is the responsibility of the participant to keep abreast with any changes.
