Hello warriors! The Warrior Run 3.0 is back for its 3^rd edition in 2020! As usual, there will be 2 categories: 13km Obstacle Run and 5km Fun Run. The Warrior Run 3.0 is different as it is the 1^st in The Warrior Run series to be held at night. So, don’t miss out our exciting military-styled obstacles (13km Obstacle Run) and glow run-themed (5km Fun Run).

Categories & Fee :-

• Students aged 17 and below can register only for the Fun Run Category with the student price without verification. Student above 18 must show their Student Card (or other proof of student status) during race kit collection for verification of their student status. Failure to do so will result in extra charge.
• Participants who are below 18 years old as on 31st December 2019, required to fill the Indemnity form (compulsory) and give it during race kit collection.

RACE KIT COLLECTION

GENERAL

1. The Warrior Run is an Obstacle Run and Fun Run running event at Fifth Residential College, University of Malaya.
2. The track for each category;

      -Obstacle Run:13km

     -Fun Run: 5km

3. Participant who is under 18 years old must has a consent from parent/ guardian by showing the complete indemnity form (as attached) during the race kit collection and racing day. The MINIMUM AGE for participation in Warrior Run 3.0 is 12 YEARS OLD for the OBSTACLE RUN & 4 YEARS OLD for the FUN RUN. Below any of these range are not permitted to participate due to the safety reason.
4. The Event/Race Director’s decision shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, queries, appeals or protests shall be entertained.
5. Fifth Residential College, UM shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
6. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of the Event for any legitimate purposes, including commercial advertising.
7. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without assigning any reasons thereof.
8. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to amend the Rules and Regulations without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof by displaying at any means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by Fifth Residential College, UM.
9. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to change the event date or venue at their own discretion.

REGISTRATION

1. The Warrior Run, at any time without prior notice to the Participants, in which case they will try to inform the participant prior to the date of the event. If The Warrior Run 3.0 has been cancelled or postponed, there shall be no refund of registration fees paid and The Organizer shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.
2. Fifth Residential College, UM not in any circumstances be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Entrant or Winner in relation to the Competition.
3. This event is open to all Malaysians and foreigners.

RACE

1. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to amend The Warrior Run race routes as they deem fit for the safety of the participants and to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the participant.

2. Fifth Residential College, UM shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to such changes.

3. Participants are required to wear bib number at the back or front of t-shirt during the event. Participants without the allocated bib number may not be allowed to take part in the race.

4. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to delay the commencement of the run in the event of inclement weather. Should the inclement weather persist after the delay, The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the race without refund of registration fees.
5. For appeal over disputes, prize winners or possible prize winners, must be present and made on-site in person to the race official, in a written format, within 15 minutes from the prize presentation, whichever is earlier. All appeals are subjected to a non-refundable RM100.00 appeal fee (if any).
6. Fifth Residential College, UM reserves the right to replace any winners if he/she is found to be disqualified.
7. Participants who do not start in 30 minutes from their respective flag off point will be disqualified and for safety reasons, may not be allowed to start.
8. No pets or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skate, prams, shoes with built-in or attached rollers is allowed on the course during the race except officials’ race and medical vehicles.
9. While baggage services are provided on the race day, the organizer will not be held responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited.

SAFETY

1. All participants must follow the rules and instructions given by the race director, staff, volunteers, medical staff and law enforcement.

2. Participant understand and acknowledge that Warrior Run is an extreme event which is associated with physical effort and entails the natural risk of accidents, injuries and physical injuries (including death), as well as damages and losses of property.

3. All participants must be in good physical condition. The race is not advised for people that have any medical conditions. All competitors must also inform the Medical Team of any illness or injury that occurs during or in conjunction with the event.

4. Participants assume all responsibility for any and all medical expenses incurred during the event.
