A Bountiful Celebration of Springtime (Workshops)
Date & Time: 18 January 2020 (12.00pm), 1, 2, 8, 9 February 2020 (2.00pm)
Venue: Ground Floor, Centre Court, Atria Shopping Gallery
Open to kids aged 12 and below only. Limited spots available.
Participation will be strictly cancelled if participants failed to register within 15 minutes from the workshop start time.
Eligibility & Workshops Information:
1.This A Bountiful Celebration of Springtime Workshops (“the Workshops”) will be held on the above-mentioned date and time, or such other period as the Management of Atria Shopping Gallery (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Event Period”).
2.The Workshop is open to kids aged 5 to 12 years old only.
3.With regard to the participation of the Workshop: -
a) Please complete this registration form.
b) All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis.
c) All workshops entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
General Terms and Conditions:
1.The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Workshops shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
2.The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever.
3.The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
4.The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Workshops at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants.
5.By participating in the Workshops, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Workshop.
