Submission of run results are to be made via the "Virtual Run Result Upload" section at the bottom of this event page by entering "Ticket Number" (Ticket Number will be given after a completion of payment to your registered email by Ticket2u).
It should contain the distance, timing and date of the run
Couriers Services
If participant buy more than one (1) ticket, Running Kit will be post out to "Address" only.
If there is a returned of parcel during deliver of the rewards due to whatever reason. Upon request, we will arrange to resend the reward but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.


OBJECTIVES


1. To promote healthy lifestyle, building awareness, cross-culture integration and social networking among Landscape Architectural communities and general public in conjunction with 57th. International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) 2020 World Landscape Architect Summit which will be hosted in iconic Georgetown, Penang Malaysia on 13-15 August 2020. 2.  To celebrate IFLA Congress on August, World Landscape Architecture Month on April and Hari Landskap Negara 2020 on March every year through inspiring community to keep up wellness and stay active. 

3. To organise a running event as a platform to gather landscape communities from all around the world in the spirit of uniting people with great and creative minds.

4. To drive charity for underprivileged school children as part of ILAM contribution for SDG4 - Quality Education through active lifestyles in Malaysia.


For ILAM Members, you can run as many kilometers as you can within running period. The Most KM for each category men , women and group members will received special prize as mentioned below. If only you did not get the most KMs, you still can received your finisher if you complete 5.7 KM or 57km or 228km (group of 4).

RULES & REGULATIONS

Easy steps to receive your finisher items :-

1 .        Register your details & make payment.

2 .        Run according to your category distance.

3 .        Runner can combine the distance ran separately as well. (EXAMPLE: If runner chose 57KM, you can combine it as 10km + 21km + 26km. So in total if it becomes 57KM it’s allowed as a submission)

4 .        Snap your running records and upload your timing at ticket2u.com.my

5 .        You can start running anytime after you successfully register.

6 .        You can send your run proof anytime once you have finish your challenge within stipulated times.

7 .        Once your record is approved, we will courier your finisher items.

8.         The Organizer reserves the right to refuse shipping once the entry is accepted if any applicants provide false information, do not make the required payment, or fail to meet entry requirements as stated in the entry form. Applicants should choose right postage shipping to receive their entitlements.

Institute of Landscape Architect Malaysia (ILAM) is a non-profitable organization. For the past 30 years, landscape architects have often been the unsung heroes of Malaysia’s development projects. These passionate individuals work tirelessly to balance the needs of the environment alongside the construction of physical features such as buildings and public spaces.The Landscape Architecture profession in Malaysia was initially formed under the name Angkatan Landskap Arkitek Malaysia (ALAM), on 24 September 1981. This group comprised various professionals, semi-professionals, students and private individuals who shared a passion for organising and developing green spaces. In 1982, ILAM was accepted as a member of the Malaysian Professional Centre or Balai Ikhtisas Malaysia (BIM). Subsequently, international recognition came by becoming a member of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) and the International Union of Conservation of Nature (IUCN) in 1984. With an increasing number of local graduates from Landscape Architecture courses, there was a need to move the association forward to represent all new and existing members.As a result, on December 14, 1987, ALAM transformed itself into the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM).This run as well to promote and enlarge knowledge of locals towards Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia.We hope to be able to share this warm and fuzzy feeling of running with everyone in ILAM, local residents and Malaysians! Our wish is to continue the ILAM Landscape Run as an annually event and furthermore continue to contribute to the society.We at the ILAM (Southern Chapter) hope many members of the ILAM and locals will come and give the race a try. We promise a good time, aid stations second-to-none, and a great family bonding. Come and join the run and have a good time!
