Self-Managed Learning Public Program

Self-Managed Learning program is design to help organization with the current need of the learning organization. As such, we need to shift their attention not towards what they want but what the organisation needs; a pressing necessity to understand that in every organisation, the bottom-line rests in accomplishing the organisational vision, mission, and goals. Paying attention to what they want and grouses instead of what the organisation requires will not bring in what is required – business and organisation excellence.

The program will be conducted by Mr. Anas Zubedy. Anas is the Managing Director and founder of Zubedy (M) Sdn Bhd, a training and development organization that specializes in personal change, marketing, leading and managing across generation’s programmes.

Anas is also a social activist who spends his time, energy, and resources in promoting unity.He has authored many books on topics of unity, socio-politics, nation-building, and self-development.Through his publishing house, he has also published books by noteworthy authors both local and international.

• Group of 5 : 15% discount

• Group of 9 and above : 20% discount

MODE OF PAYMENT 

All Payment must be made by the closing date. All cheques/ bankdrafts must be made payable to ZUBEDY (M) SDN BHD and crossed “A/C Payee Only”. (CIMB BankBERHAD, Acc no: 80-0076821-8, please fax us a copy of the scanned cheque / bank-in slip for acknowledgement purposes).

PUBLIC PROGRAM 6% SST CLAUSE

• The fees for the program (RM2544.00 per participant) is inclusive of 6% SST.

• Zubedy is a SST registered service provider (SST No. W10-1902-32000265); as such SST of 6% shall be charged on 1st March 2019 onwards.

• All prices quoted in this registration form are inclusive of 6% SST.

PSMB

Claims can be made to the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) for any of the programs that are designated as PSMB for SBL or SBL Khas. Participants who wish to make claims to PSMB would be required to first apply for approval from PSMB.   Based on the ruling by PSMB, zubedy will be notified and subsequently zubedy will further notify the relatedparticipants with a confirmation letter.

COURSE FEES

Course fees are inclusive of course notes, Certificate of Attendance, one (1) lunch and two (2) tea breaks (Per course Day).

Participant(s) will be awarded the Certificate of Attendance only if he/she fulfills a minimum of 75% attendance of the course.

SUBSTITUTION OR CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation is not allowed.

Substitution of participant(s) is allowed withoutextra charge provided ZUBEDY (M) SDN BHD is notified in writing of the name and designation of the new participant(s) at any time prior to commencement of the course.

Non-Attendance

If a participant fails to attend a course without providing a written notification, the course fees will not be refunded nor brought forward to another course. We welcome a substitute participant if there is any participant cannot attend.

Change of course fees

ZUBEDY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to revise the course fees advertisedwithout prior notification. However, the additional amount increased will notbe charged to a participant if the course fee has been fully paid.  The participant will be charged the new fee accordingly if the course fee is not paid at the time of thefee increase.

ZUBEDY (M) SDN BHD RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Zubedy (m) sdn bhd reserves the right to change, reschedule or cancel a programme if necessary. In such a case, we will make every effort to notify you and arrange for refund where applicable.

CHANGE OF COURSE DATE, FACILITATOR, & VENUE

ZUBEDY (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to make changes to the arrangements to the above without prior notice to participants. However, every effort will be made to inform the participant of the changes via email and telephone call.
