Atas saranan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia dan Pejabat Pesuruhjaya Sukan, dan pengisytiharan WHO berkaitan wabak COVID-19 sebagai Pandemik, kami dengan rasa berat hati MEMBATALKAN acara HAPPY BEAR FUN RUN yang dijadualkan berlangsung pada 22 Mac 2020 di Padang Merbok (Ahad depan).

Pembatalan acara ini termasuk Race Pack Collection yang dijadualkan pada 21 Mac 2020 di PPTD Kuala Lumpur.

Keputusan yang diambil oleh Projek Hijo ini mengambil kira aspek keselamatan dan kesihatan semua peserta, krew dan semua pihak terlibat.

Tarikh dan masa Race Pack Collection yang baru akan dimaklumkan. Semua peserta akan mendapat medal penamat selain baju dan bib.

Sekiranya anda mahu race pack dihantar melalui pos (dengan caj penghantaran), emel ke [email protected] dan sertakan slip pengesahan pendaftaran.

Happy Bear Fun Run 2020 is an event to Creates Awareness That Education Is a Right for Everyone. Your participation means a lot to those kids in need.

Rules & Regulations

+ Happy Bear Fun Run 2020 is open to all.

+ Participants BELOW the age of 18 are required to obtain consent from their parents or guardians.

+ Children are from age 4 to 12 years young. 

+ Children from age 1 to 3 are free (no registration needed). All entitlements including event tee and finisher medal are not provided for them.

+ Once registration has been duly processed, the registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

+ The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject the entry without prior notice and reason.

+ The Organiser reserves the right to extend or close the registration before the closing date or when registrations have reached the maximum entries for the safety concern.

+ All participants MUST bring the ID or confirmation slip or receipt for collecting their race kit. For those who fail to display the ID or confirmation slip or receipt, you will not be entertained. All uncollected race kit during Race Pack Collection period will be disposed off.

+ Kindly note that requests for changes in sizes will not be entertained. 

+ Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their race entry to another party after their registration is confirmed without the consent from The Organiser.

+ All participants MUST wear the allocated running bib number which must be visibly pinned up in front of the t-shirt provided in the race pack. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.

+ Participants must be medically fit and shall take part at their own risk. The Organiser and its partners (sponsors, crew etc) shall not be held responsible for any accidents, deaths, injuries or mishaps that may occur to the participants before, during or after the event. 

+ Necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of all participants during the run.

+ Medals will only be given to participants who completed their run by crossing the finish line. There will be NO collection of medal on behalf of others.

+ Cancellation or postponed due to weather, natural disasters or results of law, there will be no refund.

+ The Organiser reserves the right of FINAL DECISION.
