How to Download e-certificate

1. Open any web browser (mobile friendly).
2. Key in event URL. Example: https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/19054
3. Click on "E-Certificate" at the top of the page.
4. Enter your ticket number (the number under the QR code).
5. "Right click" to download your e-certificate.

▪Upon successful registration, you will receive an attached Ticket2U e-ticket via your registered email address. If you did not receive a Ticket2U e-ticket, please check your spam/junk box.

▪Kindly download and present printed hard copy Ticket2U e-ticket at the KLB GARDEN Ticketing Counter upon arrival to claim KLB GARDEN Voucher [wrist band(s)] and or complementary pack, if eligible. To promote environmental awareness, soft copy is acceptable and encouraged.

▪The RM10.00 package is entitled for the e-certificate only. The amount cannot be  accumulated to redeem for any voucher (s).

▪For RM30/RM50/RM100/RM300/RM500 Adoption package redemption for Ticket2u e-ticket Voucher(s) at KLB GARDEN Ticketing Counter is valid until 31 December 2021 only. Kindly call or WhatsApp us at +6013-8361185 before your arrival.

▪For Adoption package with overnight stay at our KLB Cabin, please book your dates before arrival by Whatsapp-ing us at +6013-8361185.

▪Printed Ticket2u e-ticket is not transferable to another individual, e-tickets owner must present MyKad/valid passport for validation during redemption at KLB GARDEN Ticketing Counter.

Self-Collection
To collect your Admission ticket / voucher(s), you need to bring along a printed copy or e-copy of your e-Ticket together with your MyKad/valid passport.
