World Mental Health Day Virtual Fun Run is organized by Pertubuhan Kebajikan Psikiatri Hospital Kulim (TEMAN) (a Non Government Organization). The virtual run is open to all residents who have valid address in Malaysia.

Run Details : 

Registration Period : 11 August - 14 September 2020  

Early Bird Period : 11^th August 2020   to 31^st August 2020

Running Period : 15  September – 10 October 2020  

Result Submission Deadline : by 10 October 2020 (5pm) 

Running Distance : 5km 

Theme :

 Mental Health for ALL 2020 

 Greater Investment –Greater Access.

Objective: 

1. To raise awareness to public and educate them on mental health.
2. To reduce stigma in public regarding mental health.

Run Methods : 

You can track your distance by using the following methods: 

1. Running outdoor with GPS (track by KM) 

2. Running indoor on treadmill (track by KM) 

3. Steps counters (1KM = 1500 steps, 5KM = 7500steps, 10KM = 15,000 steps, 21KM = 31,500 steps)

*The result can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which must be completed within running period.

Result Submission

Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before by 10 October 2020 (5pm) 

1.  How to record your race?

Start Running, Walking, jogging, climbing or Hiking by using any Run App/Treadmill, to record the distance of your activities, then screenshot the result. Make sure that the record includes the Date, Distance (KM), Time and Pace of your movement.

 If you run on the treadmill, you may leave out the date. Suggest Apps: [Run Tracker], [Runkeeper], [Runtastic] or your own preference (Speedometer is not allowed) the Treadmill record is allowed, just use your hand phone to snap the result show on the screen.

2.  Completion and how to upload your result?

2.1  No. Of Completion: One time/Multiple times (Accumulated distance is allowed)

2.2 Once you had completed the entire distance, upload the screenshot of your result and submit your proof of records on ticket2u.com.my

1. World Mental Health Day Virtual Run is organized by TEMAN (a Non Government Organization). The virtual run is open to all residents who have valid address in Malaysia.. 
2. There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason.

3. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 
4. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 
5. The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
6. All T-shirts measurement are subject to 0.5” tolerance. 
7. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 
8. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
9. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded. 
10. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. 
11. Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 10 October 2020 (5pm) .If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any medal or T-shirt. 
12. The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 12 October 2020onwards.
13. The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
