ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Mei Phing Lim is the founder of Got A Phing and a passionate advocate of youth leadership. As a Career Coach, Mei Phing coaches ambitious professionals to achieve career growth online and offline by creating a professional online presence and sharpening corporate confidence to create sustained success. She regularly speaks about skills of the future and intergenerational workforce inclusion - as an event keynote and featured speaker for international events, webinars and podcasts.
Prior to coaching, Mei Phing spent the last decade as a Governance, Risk and Compliance professional with demonstrated leadership and management experience at global companies such as Standard Chartered Bank, VISA and Ernst & Young. She led cross-border teams and projects and managed stakeholders across 43 markets. Mei Phing was consistently ranked top performer and fast-tracked to senior roles whilst only in her 20's.
Mei Phing is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA, UK) and Fellow (FCCA, UK) and Associate Certified Coach (ICF, USA). She is a culture enthusiast and has travelled to 37 countries and counting.
