  1. KIDS ‘We Can Go the Distance’ Virtual Run 2020 is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia. 
  2. There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Run, for any reason.
  3. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlements will be delivered to the mailing address provided in the registration form. If Participants would like to send it to a different mailing address besides their own, please enter his/her address during registration. 
  4. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred. 
  5. The Participants T-shirt sizes are strictly based on the size selected by the participants during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
  6. All T-shirt measurements are subjected to ± 0.8 inch tolerance. 
  7. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the Participants entitlements due to whatever reason, upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. 
  8. Any notification sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participants.
  9. If the Participants provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participants registration for the Event or entitlements and fees will not be refunded. 
  10. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form. 
  11. Submission of the result must be submitted anytime before 11 : 59 pm 30 December 2020. If Participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled to any rewards. Therefore, there will be NO delivery of any Participants entitlements. 
  12. The Participants entitlements will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starting from 30 November 2020 onwards.
  13. The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.

KIDS, an abbreviated name for Kumpulan Ibu Bapa dan Sokongan Anak-anak Kanser, or also known as Childhood Cancer Parents Support Group, is a non-governmental organization registered with the Malaysian Registration Department (Registration Number: PPM 056–14–19012015) on January 19, 2016. KIDS is founded by a group of parents / guardians to children with childhood cancer at the Oncology Ward, Wilayah Persekutuan.The establishment of KIDS is driven by the beliefs and sense of responsibilities in providing an official platform for regulating activities and programs of support and assistance to children receiving treatment for childhood cancer in the Oncology Ward and their families. As a non-governmental organization, KIDS is committed to moving more systematically and strategically by implementing various activities and programs to help these children and their families.
