How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/22876 

Step 2: click on <Upload Virtual Run Results>

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.

NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

How to download e-cert

Step 1: COMPLETE 100% YOUR CHALLENGE. Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/22876 
NOTE: Incomplete challenge you are not entitled for download the e-certificate.
Step 2: Click on <E certificate> and key in your "Ticket Number".
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code.

Terms & Conditions

1. Malaysia Virtual Run: Christmas Edition is organized by OCS Virtual Run Enterprise.
2. Malaysia Virtual Run is open to all Malaysians regardless of age, race and gender. 
3. Malaysia Virtual Run aim to provide an online platform to connect everyone through sports at anytime and anywhere. OCS wish to encourage the nation to keep on the positive healthy lifestyle in this new norm of Covid-19 pandemic season. We are here to tell everyone to keep yourself active by doing more exercise even though we are told to keep social distancing under this pandemic season. 
4. This (Christmas Virtual Run) is the First edition of Malaysia Virtual Run.
5. All participants must ensure all information submitted by them during the registration in Ticket2U.com.my are complete and accurate.
6. The confirmation of participation is “Only Valid” when payment of the registration fees is successfully made through Ticket2U.com.my registration page.
7. Participants must agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organiser after the payment made. 
8. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
9. All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to close registration before the deadline without prior notice.
11. Participants will have to complete the challenge on 15December2020 until 31December2020.
12. T-shirt will be delivered to participants after 8Dec2020.
13. Participants are required to upload the Virtual result by 7January2021. If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled e-Certificate of Completion.
14. Participants are encouraged to post photos onto Instagram or Facebook accounts along with the following hashtags: #Malaysiavirtualrun. Share with us your experience throughout the challenge. Organizer reserve the right to share your Virtual result or your challenge photo into Malaysia Virtual Run page for experience sharing purpose. 
15. Participants who completed the run and uploaded onto the system will entitle Malaysia Virtual Run: Christmas Edition Official T-shirt. For those who did not upload the accumulative evidence will not entitle for the e-Certificate but will still be able to receive the T-shirt according to the T-shirt size ticked during your registration in Ticket2U.com.my.
16. Malaysia Virtual Run: Christmas Edition Official T-shirts will be delivered to participants by 8Dec onwards after campaign end via courier.
17. Delivery of entitlements will be mailed directly to the registered mailing address provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver are to be borne by the participant. 
18. In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
19. The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
20. If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organiser will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
21. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
22. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organiser has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organiser may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
23. The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
