Virtual Happy Run 2020 is organized by KLUANG CHINESE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (KLUCCCI). The virtual run is open to all residents who have a valid address in Malaysia.
虚拟快乐跑2020由居銮中华总商会（KLUCCCI）举办。虚拟跑开放于所有在马来西亚拥有有效地址的居民。
There will be strictly no refund available to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Virtual Happy Run 2020, for any reason.
无论出于任何原因，而最终没有完成虚拟快乐跑步2020的参与者，概不退款。
Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their Event entry to another party. The finisher’s entitlement will be delivered to the address provided in the registration form.
严禁参与者将参加资格转移给另一方。完成者的奖奖掖将发送到报名表格中所提供的地址。
In case Participants would like to make an address change once registration has been confirmed, there will be additional charges incurred.
一旦确认注册后，参与者若想要更改地址，主办方将收取额外费用。
The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
汗衫的尺码将根据参与者在注册过程中所选尺码，任何更改尺码的要求均不受理。
All T-shirts measurement are subject to 0.5”tolerance.
If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organizer will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
所有汗衫尺寸的标准将会有0.5英寸的误差值。若虚跑完成者的奖掖包裹在配送过程中被退还了，主办方将安排重新发送包裹，但运费将由参与者承担。
Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
参与者在线上注册后，将收到举办当局通过电子邮件所发出的通知，任何通知均被视为已收到并已正式送达。
If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
参与者需在注册报名时提供完整且准确的资料，若主办当局有任何理由怀疑参与者提供的任何信息是错误的、虚假、过时的或不完整，举办方有权暂停、撤销、取消或终止参与者资格。 参与者的报名费用将恕不退还。
The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
对于因注册表格中填写内容不完整或不准确而引起的任何争议，主办方概不负责。
Submission of the result must be uploaded by 11.30pm, 15 December 2020. If participants are unable to submit the result before the deadline, they will be considered as disqualified and will not be entitled for medal but will still get the T-shirt.
参与者必须在2020年12月15日晚上11:30之前完成活动目标的里数， 并将电子记录上传给主办方。 若参与者无法在截止日期之前提交该电子记录，则将被视为无资格获得活动奖牌，但仍将获得活动T恤。
The finisher entitlement will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the registration batch by batch, starts from 30 November 2020 onwards.
完成者奖励将从2020年11月30日开始分批配送到所注册的收件地址。
The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
主办方保留不时自行更改本条款与细则的权利，恕不另行通知。
