Description

Battle Frog virtual Run is a event organized by Riki Runner Sport Company. This virtual run is open for whole Malaysia and you can run anytime, anywhere you liked.

*Price NOT INCLUSIVE of RM9.90 delivery charges for East and West Malaysia

Finisher Entitlement

Run Methods : 

You can track your distance by using the following methods: 

1. Running outdoor with Running app (all app is accepted) 

2. Running indoors on a treadmill 

3. Steps counters (1KM = 1500 steps, 5KM = 7500steps, 10KM = 15,000 steps, 21KM = 31,500 steps)

*The result can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which must be completed within the running period.

How to upload Virtual Run Result

Step 1: Go to https://www.ticket2u.com.my/event/23215 

Step 2: click on <Upload Virtual Run Results>

Step 3: Key in your <Ticket Number>.
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code. Refer to image below.

Step 4:  Upload your screenshot of your running proved, insert your distance then submit. If you have completed your distance, system will show 100% and hooray!

How to download e-cert

Step 1: COMPLETE 100% YOUR CHALLENGE. Go to www.ticket2u.com.my/event/23215 
NOTE: Incomplete challenge you are not entitled for download the e-certificate.

Step 2: Click on <E certificate> and key in your "Ticket Number".
NOTE: The ticket number is in your e-ticket under QR Code.

Term and condition

Rules & Regulations

• Battle Frog virtual run is organized by the Riki runner sport company. The virtual run is open to all multi races residents who have a valid address in Malaysia.
• This is an accumulative marathon where participants are encourage to run few km a day to maintain healthy habit, accumulate the evidences of total km within 30 days.
• All participants are to ensure that all information submitted by them for the purpose of registration is complete and accurate.
• The confirmation of participation is ONLY VALID when payment of the registration fees is successfully made in Ticket2U.com.my.
• By confirmation of payment, the participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Organiser.
• All entries are NOT TRANSFERABLE, REFUNDABLE NOR DEFERRABLE.
• Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained.
• The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
• The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when a quota of a race / start is full.
• Participants are encouraged to post photos onto Instagram or Facebook accounts along with the following hashtags: #BattleFrogrun. Tag us to tell us about your virtual run experience.
• Delivery of entitlements will be mailed directly to the registered mailing address provided by the participant during registration. Please provide an accurate mailing address. Any additional cost incurred due to the return of parcel from POS or failure to deliver is to be borne by the participant.
• The T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration, any request for size change will not be entertained.
• If there is a return of parcel during the delivery of the finisher’s entitlement due to whatever reason. Upon request, the Organiser will arrange to resend the parcel but the delivery charges will be borne by participants.
• Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
• The Organiser will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
• The Registered Parties affirm that they have read, understood and fully agreed to the terms and waiver
